@ageback: Thank you, I have commited your updated translation.
Is this problem reproducible please ?
1) Pause a video
2) Goto (CTRL-G)
3) Put in a random but existing frame number & click "ok"
4) Repeat step 2 and go to the same frame number...
... each time you do, the video skips 1 frame further although it keeps on saying it's on the same frame. (Frame numbers out of sync, until you close MPC-HC.)
* happens with all content.
I can't reproduce using internal filters but I only tried with an XviD in MKV sample and an MPEG2 in TS sample (edit: those two samples are 25 fps).

Well for me it's working properly with 23.976 fps, but not with 24fps: when you second time go to CTRL+G, it displays 1 less frame number (eg. 1st: 20000, 2nd time displays: 19999). But if I correct this to 20000, it's go to the correct frame.
Tested with: newest madvr, newest lav filters (cuvid), mpc-hc 1.6.1.4139

Please test this build (http://xhmikosr.1f0.de/index.php?folder=bXBjLWhjLzEuNi4xX1JD). If no serious regression since last stable is found, it will become next stable version.
MPC-HC v1.6.1.4235 has been released -> Changelog (https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/mpc-hc/wiki/Changelog/1.6.1.4235)
Keep up with good work folks!

sample in post error is half gray screen and stretched frame sometimes good frames flash through works fine with Lav Video DXVA2 as well others on SB fails with MPC-HC DXVA
Arcsoft DXVA = works
Lav Video DXVA = works
Cyberlink DXVA = works
Mainconcept DXVA = fails
Potplayer DXVA = works
ffdshow Quicksync = works
Lav Video Quicksync = works
Potplayer Quicksync = works
VLC DXVA = fails (lower frame part is displayed as checkerboard)
MPC-HC DXVA = fails

sorry for bugging here but if my H.264 sample on ATi 5570 on XP SP3 will be fixed?
As ffdshow DXVA decoder have no problem with that sample, but MPC-HC DXVA decoder make system stalls for 1 minute before play. (Tried in GraphStudio, and tried LAV/Haali Splitter instead of MPC-HC Spiltter, so not randerer/splitter issue)

Well ... For a 720p x264 file = 270 MB in ram is too big, right?
I am not a specialist but I think there is a memory leak.

It's ok - splitter fill data in queue for smooth playback.

@Aleksoid Look at this sample (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16282309/MPC-HC/DVBsub.ts). It didn't recover proper playback after seek in DXVA mode and start to glitch. ;/ It's not happening always, but try to jump few time and definitely you will see the problem. Only thing to recover good playback is to load file again. Screen: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16282309/MPC-HC/dxvafail.png

http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/2855/bettermpchcinteldxvampe.png
this happens only on a fraction of the frames most frames are rendered ok, also when when pausing this it causes strange behavior on the surface the windows desktop gets visible through the window (if getting it to the front again after minimizing) or the render artifacts smear around if you move the window, everything is ok if you keeping it playback and do interactions only @ pause the interaction problems appearing this is additional to the rendering problems ;)
I wonder what happens if i try this on a sample that causes Nevs VLC based Implementation to explode (crash), hehe same crash as in VLC too hihi and potplayers DXVA, do you all share the same DXVA2 VLC code from Laurent ? ;)
Here is the sample http://www.mediafire.com/?y2dbekgemoeo28m that causes a generic ntdll crash in all of these DXVA implementations on Intel SB
Potplayer DXVA = Crash
MPC-HC DXVA = Crash
Lav Video DXVA = Crash
VLC DXVA = Crash

yup you nailed this one congrats :) , though the mentioned interaction problems with the window still persist @ pause but the actually playback is flawless, seeking seems also a little problematic (shows artifacts @ seek point though it recovers immediately after the seek) :)
This was a really nice (almost realtime) report bug fix bug session Aleksoid1978 :)
also i was wrong Mainconcepts DXVA implementation actually shows this result, same as your first fix actually
http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/3695/notfixeddifferent.png
only Cyberlink DXVA, Arcsoft DXVA, Lav Video DXVA, Potplayer DXVA work with this stream on SB and now MPC-HC too :)
PS: These interaction issues @ pause (desktop mirroring, smearing) only happen with Aero Disabled (could be a driver issue) :)
This is how the Mpeg-2 Seeking issue looks currently with MPC-HC splitter + DXVA on SB with the latest fix :)
http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/2484/dxvaseekingmpeg2sb.png
Lav Video DXVA seeking with MPC-HC Splitter
http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/1111/seekinglavvideodxva.png
Aleksoid1978 i also find it a Generic Design flaw that MPC-HC tries to continue playback if the user is using the seek bar this results in feedbacks the user doesn't want it would be better to pause playback as soon as the user changes the seek bar position or even clicks on it to change it and restart playback if the user releases the mouse button @ the final destination, also it should be thought about @ the same time of the seek to stop any audio rendering so that scrubbing would be possible without any audio interfering (and forcing this generally for all loaded filters, being MPC-HC or 3rd Party) :)
In those regards also this behavior of the current seek bar is quiet funny http://www.mediafire.com/?qr6uh0x689t61xl

hmm it's really strange with this stream though sure is not every DXVA implementation fails with it on Intel currently i would say only VLC based ones do, i guess i post a bug for Laurent with it. I heared of no Nvidia or ATI DXVA user experience problems with it so it seems intel specific and then also DXVA implementation specific as well as the top commercial ISV implementations work well with it.
