He ran Prime95 for about 3 hours no issues with CPU. Ran HeavyLoad test for RAM, no issues. I'll have him update AVISynth.
Also try with simpler x265 command line...
This might help. I too was having random encoding server crashes after updating until I adjusted this setting:
https://i.imgur.com/f9QqePQ.jpg
Set at 0 (auto) = crashes. Anything else and it's back to normal.

Running RipBot will disable (revert?) avisynth 2.60 used in BD-RB.
So to be able to use BD-RB a new install of avisynth is needed.
Disabling RipBot autoupdate doesn't help.
Any solution to this?

Hi Atak,
Um, trying to do some "Married With Children" episodes in batch lots.
Seems to be OK when doing them singularly, but not in batch using DE.
I get errors every time, at the end of the process before muxing, I guess.
This is the Job log (if that helps) :-

Does E:\Temp\RipBot264temp\job1\Encoded_Audio_1.aac exist?
What happens if manually execute EncodeAudio.cmd?

Just checked both...
No it doesn't exist, so where did this entry come from, and due to that, the .cmd doesn't do anything :(

Fix available via auto-update.
Hi Atak,
Thanks so much for looking into this, I guess it was a "bug" of some sort.
So I have just finished doing a test after the new update, and I still had the original 13 job queue in place, as I had only done 3 before stopping due to the error.
So I didn't re load a new queue, instead I tested job 5, and it still errored, I had to re load job 1, as I deleted a few files from that when I rar'ed it up to send to you, and it worked to completion.
So I will reload the whole queue again, and it should be fine.
I'm still running Windows Server 2016, haven't quite finalized my Windows 7 situation, yet, but your Image Tool is doing a good job :)
Another thing I would like to mention again (referring to some PM's I sent you), I still don't think the Abort function works as well as it used to, when you could abort from the DE window.
Sure it abort's, after a short "think", but I don't have any luck with the job resuming from where it left off. :(
Anyway, it might work properly under W7.
Cheers
And thanks for your constant support of this great program you've created :)

I can confirm that the Abort not always work as it should. Some time you press Abort and nothing happen, DE window keep running. Killing it in task manager makes the application to abort.
Pressing abort doing initialization (copy Video file in DE window) also dosnt work as it should.

Will have him try this now. The issue isn't happening with StaxRip, not sure what is exactly different but I know there are lots of differences between the two, for example RipBot is better :D

Fist off, it demuxes the *.mkv without subs (I choose all subs) and no Sound at all, even thou I have choosen to keep DTS-MA as first choice and DTS track as second.
(the *.mkv has DTS-MA and DTS tracks + 6 subtitles)
Thatīs DE Mode for me! *EDITED*
just tryed without DE Mode, and no sound or subtitles are avalibe after demux!!! :/
Please help!

Atak, is there any chance that for the next release you add a lossless output for x264?
--qp0?
Thank you in advance!
sneaker_ger

It's --qp 0
But is this not possible with the current version? Instead of --qp 0 you can also use --crf 0 (8 bit encoding) or --crf -12 (10 bit encoding), I believe RipBot calls it "CQ".

Yes, I mistyped there the switch.
I will check.
But, i don't think crf is the same as qp 0.

Yes, you can, but the cfr switch stays there and i think it overides the qp one.
Still, since I can modify the cmd, it's not problem.
Thank you Atak!

Result is the same whether you activate lossless encoding via --crf or --qp. Only to keep in mind that during 10 bit encoding --crf 0 is not lossless, only --crf -12.

@Atak_Snajpera
I did that just now, Remux works again and then I tryed a DE Mode with 2 servers.
RipBotx264 started copying "Please wait.....copying video file to shared folder...", is that something it should do when "Move video file to shared folder (not recomended)" is NOT ticked?

Yes.
BTW. Chunk Size = 0 (one chunk per server) may take slightly less time in your case (encoding on single machine)

So what hardware are you running, that W7 doesn't support ??
Maybe you should consider trying Atak's "Windows 7 Image Updater" !!
Windows 7 SP1 x64 Professional, or Ultimate, should support most modern hardware.

Ryzen is FULLY supported on win7!

APU also works. You just have to re-add few entries in main GPU driver (.inf).
ThreadRipper is also working without any issues!

I just wanted to write again about the bug that replaces a job if your editing or setting options for a newly demuxed job during the combining/muxing phase. The job that is being muxed will have it's job number and title changed to the job that is being edited. Stopping Ripbot264, editing jobs.list and manually fixing the replaced line with the correct job number and the name brings the job back after starting Ripbot264 back up.

Sorry if this is the wrong place Atak and everyone else, Your program has worked very well for years, thank you for your effort in creating it.
Would you be able to recommend or create an easy to use program that would edit mp4 metadata, specifically adding the cover images to existing files?
Ripbot works for new encodings of course. But I have about 10,000 mp4s I've made that I would like to add this data to. All tv seasons so they would only need the same cover for each season. (I travel where there is no streaming for weeks at a time)
I'd pay good money for a program that can do this :-)
Thanks in advance, Have a good one.
Just in case anyone is asking how am I bringing this data around, Its easy, Run twonky on a tall Intel NUC with 2.5tb internal storage and two tiny 4tb WD drives :-). VLC on tablet/phone for playback.

Normally RipBot 1.22.0 generates me a file job9.avs which contains a line:
video=Import("P:\photo\Scans\Edited sRGB\PhotoDirList.xml.smil.avs").ConvertToYV12(matrix="rec709")
Today there was an auto update and afterwards the generated line is:
video=Import("P:\photo\Scans\Edited sRGB\PhotoDirList.xml.smil.avs")
which causes the encode to fail.
My solution is to disable Auto Update and do a reinstall of RipBot and everything works again.

Just curious, what version / build were you running before the update than "ruined it all" ??
You mentioned 1.22.0, should be 1.22.2..with a Ripbot.exe build date of 28/03/18.

I currently run 1.22.0, downloaded from first page of this forum.
Yesterday I was running 1.21, than there was an automatic update, which caused problems.
Then I downloaded 1.22.0 and it worked again. Today in the morning everything worked, at noon there was an automatic update which caused problems.
