I'd do what I do: don't bother with audio in RipBot264. Just let it convert video; then use tsMuxeR to remux an audio stream (or more) in later.
what!?
is not important the audio in ripbot!?
if you don't insert in this case, two audio, the video is calculated by one audio, and when i remux .h264 and audio, i must remux only 1 audio with video, and not two, because the video have the dimension for 1 audio.
you understand..... ?
it's very very very very important the audio in ripbot, i don't convert it, i select copy stream, but is more useful to have the possibility to choose more audio...

No, I don't. :) Your original m2ts will still contain all the audio streams that came with it. So, just let RipBot264 convert the video, open the new stream with tsMuxeR, then add the original m2ts file, and select therein just the audio streams you want to keep, and remux the lot.
You understand...... ? :)

Great program Atak, a small request though would it be possible to add a 2.0 CT AAC LC 320 kbps option ?
Can it be done manually, there is a profiles folder but it seems for video only ?

Cool thanks for the tip, as to why well maybe it's just my ears (or perception) but I hear a noticeable difference between 128k and 256/320 when converting movies & the Xbox 360 only supports AAC LC 2.0 so as size isn't an issue I'd like to to use 256 or 320 option.
Anyway thanks for that suggestion I will use that instead.

First off, great work on the GUI. It's nearly ready to replace AutoMKV as far as my needs go. Second, another mirror would be very helpful as Mediafire is being particularly slow lately. Here are some general thoughts:
Would it be possible to add AQ strength options to the Codec Settings or as a profile option in the future? This would allow a per profile AQ setting to better match source type (live action vs animated for example) since the AQ strength required varies depending on the type of source. Also, it would be great if a custom avisynth source could be specified in the profile. This would allow power users to easily (without manually editing the avisynth script) select DirectShowSource for avi and other formats thereby enabling ffdshow preprocessing on the source. This would offer a more generic filtering option than the MSU filtering already present in ripbot. I know these ideas are somewhat against your "Simple and Easy" ethos, but they would be a great help to us power users. Just some food for though.
Keep up the great work,
ebucha

Well, since you're apparently in an answering mood today, tell me, when encoding "The Matrix" (HD DVD), I keep seeing errors like these:
[x264] Warning: VBV underflow (-129124 bits)
So, are these Video Buffer Verifier serious? I mean, should I abort the encoding and change a setting?
Please, advise.

yes, two audio streams is perfect, if you can insert this in future release about ripbot, will be fantastic.
and for the bluray disc output, if i can advise you, would be able to perfect subtitles in. sub. idx -. srt (already present) and. sup
think is possible?
thanks anyway for the support and for your beautiful work.

is it possible to desactivate the validation about the format when selecting bluray output ? Sometime I want to bluray outpur to burn it.. but most of the time it's only for watching.. and I want to keep the ac3 or dts audio track, so I can't choose the mp4 ouput.

@Atak,
Is there any possibility of ripbot264 getting the ability to encode by title from a DVD? I would like to be able to select which titles on a DVD I want encoded and also apply the same encode settings to each of the titles. This feature would be very helpful in encoding episodic DVDs. Or is this already a possibility with the current version?

Only application doing this is AutoGK, AutoMKV and Nero I think. It's only required for few DVDs so most authors don't bother to add such a feature.
You can prepare things manually with DVD Decrypter in IFO mode ripping titles. It's easy to rip doing something like surfing while ripping because DVD Decrypter shows a message box when finished with a title, you have to select and start another title then.
If you have a full rip on HD and titles don't have dedicated VOBs you can use PGCDemux or what I do is reauthor using DVD Shrink. This allows also to save titles in a single VOB file which most batch applications require. DVD Decrypter also allows to save as single VOB file, I'm not sure about PGCDemux.

Nice update - couldn't see anywhere for an option to split the bluray files into fat32 size ?
Edit : Now that is clever it does it automatically. Please share the method - I have been looking for a way to split .m2ts files like this and yet still have them played automatically in order via the Bluray structure. How can I do this with existing .m2ts files without re-encoding again?

Hmm, I'm getting less optimistic. These constant errors keep slowing down encoding significantly (< 2fps), and the new AVC file is already twice the size of the original VC-1 stream.

Except it has nothing to do with samples and it's maybe only a typo in your Script creation routine.
But I am a nice guy and uploaded a 17 sec 30MB clip with a m2ts 1080p/lpcm sample to reproduce typo:
http://www.mediafire.com/?l2yzfczjijx
Script error: there is no function named "ugin"
(C:\Temp\RipBot264temp\job1\getinfo.avs, line 1)
is given out, because RipBot 1.9.7 generates following script:
getinfo.avs
ugin("D:\GenVideos\RipBot264v1.9.7\Tools\dgindex\DGDecode.dll")
video=MPEG2Source("C:\Temp\RipBot264temp\job1\job1.d2v")
WriteFile("C:\Temp\RipBot264temp\job1\info.txt","Framecount")

OK, first off - absolutely great app! Now, for the questions (which were hopefully not previously answered - meaning I missed 'em):
How about a setting for video/audio of just 'copy' to be used with the resizing/adding borders to get PS3 compliant videos - or set the profile for PS3 and just 'copy' without having to re-encode? Basically, just adding the borders to get to the proper PS3 size?
Did the set output size go away on this latest version (7)?
Oh, yeah: Great App!!!

just poppin by to say that i love the app.
only have one problem with it... and i'm sure it's easily fixed...
is there any way that I can have the app autosize the video based on my preferred width?
say if I want all my vids to have the width of 720 or 704, i would like the app to be able to tell me what I should correctly be resizing my height to and still preserving the aspect ratio...
thanks!
