First sorry for my bad english :sly:

Feature request: Would be possible to add 'Delete file from Hard Disk' option in right button menu in playlist?

I like MPC-BE very much and I use for review a lot of videos every day, this feature would be really useful for me and I think also for others.

Thanks for your hard work in this awesome player!! :thanks:

Not planned. The player should not change or delete user files.
There are many other ways to delete a file in Windows.

@beter
Thanks. Updated in r2134.

I'm using mpc be with madvr and all lav filters. I'm looking a movie right now and i can see in the black bar a sort of interfrence, don't know how to explain but it's there, like bands going up and down. Don't have this problem with VLC, just for testing. Any help?

With the following subtitle file (idx + sub), you can't select other entries except first one from MENU ITEMS (i.e. Popup menu "Alt + S" etc.), but you can do it (cycling through the entries) using shortcut key (i.e. 'S' and 'Shift + S').

Tested on 1.5.0 2158

Thank you for testing.
I left open a ticket, because crash occurs when this option is enabled and you play Audio-CD on your drive.

Updated german translation based on r2199:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4y5u0gBKYqbMUlEUkNrUzBSVmM/view?usp=sharing

I changed some more things like update dialog might be too long to fit the little window.
Is line 1461 and 1464 still correct? I changed it because the "k" of "kB" should be small.

Build 2199 doesn't use internal splitter for YouTube. Instead it uses external LAV splitter source, even though I blacklisted it.
And it still doesn't play YT 4k 60fps video without stalls/drops since it doesn't buffer enough.

I do not use the capture feature (I do not have the device now), so I can not check.
Updated in r2201. If there are problems then please take a screenshot.

The built-in 10-bit VP9 SW decoder doesn't work with HDR, while the HW one works fine.

Of course, both with madVR.

I had a similar problem, but after after updating and resetting the madVR settings (v0.91.1) became normal. I do not know what was the reason.

Default madVR v0.91.3, default MPC-BE v1.5.0 2203
The built-in 10-bit VP9 sw decoder doesn't work with HDR, the dxva decoder works.

ps: the built-in 8-bit VP9 sw decoder works

Very strange - for me software VP9 10 bit + HDR work fine.

It is difficult to adapt to each translation. There is little space to the edge of the window, but not much.
In this window, you can make a line break by using the "\n". It will be safer for every style and scale.

OK, I thought about that already but there is no part which makes sense to cut. So I deleted a word.

With the previous update, switching the subtitles through the interface doesn't work.

Also, I somehow accidentally changed the the seekbar to show the time left rather than the time I'm at. How do I change this back? Thanks!

You use internal subtitle renderer, VSFilter, xy-VSFilter or xySubFilter?

I might have missed it in an earlier build, but I was very pleased to find a "Sync video to audio" option in the Audio Renderer. It's great to have this capability in a 64-bit player (finally).

Thank you MPC-BE devs (and I assume the Sanear devs, too).

No.
IMHO, the option has the wrong description, but maybe I'm wrong. It would be better if Aleksoid1978 will explain how it works, he is the author of this feature.

My reading of the github commits indicated that Alex Marsev (Sanear author) added re-clock functionality to Sanear, but later suspended development because it wasn't working right. I thought maybe someone (possibly Aleksoid1978) picked up the effort and got it working.

We'll have to wait to hear from him.

I use xySubFilter. Another problem I actually have with MPC-BE in particular is that I can't find any way to not get subtitles to be shown by default. The option to not play whatever subtitles by default doesn't work in the filter. With MPC-HC, it works just fine. Here, it even overrides the internal marker in whatever MKV files even if it's set to none by default.

Thanks - fixed.
Awesome! Great, I checked and indeed it is fixed. I'm surprised nobody else pointed this out. I didn't bother at first cause I thought it was likely just me since it would otherwise be such an apparent issue to have otherwise noticed.

I've tried this, but it obviously doesn't work. It just moves the time position on the seekbar there and seeks the movie there. Am I missing something and you actually mean something else? XD

Oh man, that would be absolutely FANTASTIC! I honestly prefer Sanear in terms of its interfacing options and how it otherwise works, but it really is missing re-clock functionality.

Ok, actually, I figured it out. I didn't actually have the Status Bar turned on cause I find it kind of pointless, the time being displayed in the seekbar instead. Through the Status Bar, simply clicking on it indeed changes it back to how it was. Not sure how it changed in the first place.

In any case, I do have a feature request though. Would it be possible to perhaps implement a "Precision Mode" to give a more fine representation of the time, like it's available in MPC-HC if you right-click on it? That would be nice to have. Thanks!

PS- To be able to disable subtitles by default and implementing a simpler decoding chain would be nice though. Even though the interface is overall more pleasant and accessible, those things are honestly what's preventing me from recommending MPC-BE over HC to people :/. I can take some screenshots for comparison to better show what I mean if a dev would be willing to take on improving some of these drawbacks. Couldn't really explain why it's not working tbh though (as would be the purpose of the screenshots.
