There is mp3 sound in file but i forgot to unmute.

It`s captured with VirtualDub2_v2.5.2.1133 Video: HEVC 1920x1080 59.999fps 1594kbps [V: hevc rext L4.1, yuv444p10le, 1920x1080, 1594 kb/s]
While in MPV all files working fine.
Other file - same VirtualDub but 420 10bit ALL OK no crash. Video: HEVC 1920x1080 59.999fps 1322kbps [V: hevc main 10 L4.1, yuv420p10le, 1920x1080, 1322 kb/s]

The problem is observed when using the DXVA2 decoder.

I think this is happening because you're using an AVI container and the decoder isn't processing some of the data correctly.
I recommend converting to MKV or MP4.

This is not true.
1. There is no global GFW; there are local traffic limiting mechanisms.
2. Many websites independently restrict access based on region.

I just tested DVD-Video playback from a folder and an ISO image. It plays without any problems.

Try resetting all settings (see Wiki > Bug reports (https://github.com/Aleksoid1978/MPC-BE/wiki/Bug-reports)).
If that doesn't help, please provide the DVD image that's causing the problem.

It's a cleanly installed program, nothing has been changed in the settings. The last stable version.
Try it with an original DVD. It's not a problem with a disc. The disc also played perfectly in a desktop DVD player.
