Tried the latest stable and nightly (MPC-BE.1.5.0.2065.x64) builds too with or without madVR, but x265/HEVC DXVA doesn't want to work with the internal video decoders, i get funny green and only green image/video on my RX480.

Software decoder is working fine, LAV Video Decoder's DXVA also working fine with HEVC.

Using the lastest 16.10.1 WHQL driver on Win10.

Can I have a request for you? I hope I won't offend any of the devs here by asking this :) :
can you make the key IDs (under Player -> Keys) identical to what MPC-HC has for the following keys (if you don't use the current one anywhere):
- "Subtitle Delay -" from 1010 to 24000
- "Subtitle Delay +" from 1011 to 24001
- "After Playback settings" (some IDs are there but for the wrong command)

The reason behind this, as I mentioned here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1782389#post1782389), I use a remote app for Android (that I had painfully modded for MPC-HC around a year ago). The rest of the features of that app is working fine with MPC-BE as well. (If you don't know it, give it a try!)

There's 1 more thing, but feel free to say no to this (since I don't use this feature, for now): there's an another option in MPC-HC called "After Playback: Turn off the monitor" that has the ID of 918.

I doubt about the "After Playback: Turn off the monitor". I find it hard to understand why it is needed. Random movement of the mouse and the monitor works again.

Well, it can be useful with a remote (like the mentioned app). Even, when it's combined with Exit -> Turn off the monitor.
But as I mentioned above, it's not an important feature for me, it's just about for the sake of completeness. :)

i just upgraded from version: 1.4.2, and now one of my external filters isnt working anymore..i tried every possible configuration now and it doesnt work..
Going back to 1.4.2 and its working again..

First i just want to start by saying thank you for this program,
then i would like to make a request if possible:

- Will it be possible to add a way to save custom presets, a bit like Minimal, Compact and Normal that we could save as preset and also be able to assign a keybind to them please ?

For let's say save the display like compact mode but with the playlist and statistics displayed or whatever display options we want to have saved as presets, so we can switch between them easily using keybinds, like we do now with 1,2,3 default keybinds for presets.

- And also have a startup command line for using the presets, like mpc-be.exe /preset compact or /preset mini, /preset normal for the existing default ones, and mpc-be.exe /preset custom1 ( or custom2, custom3 etc ) , for the manually saved ones please ?

wasnt a shader, haha.

Its allready an option in the player. you just have to assign a key to it.
i made a screenshot, so its easier to follow..

and voila, your video is mirrored/H Flipped..

I made a ticket about this with the P+S feature where I need to increase the height on my 3D videos since madvr will not crop the black bars. Since there is no direct button to scale to 16:9 I have been using the P+S increase height command. On the computer now I can hit the number key assigned to it and rapidly increase the height to where I want it. But when trying with remote it only increases one time, then I have to hit another key like pause, then hit command to increase height again. It also seems to need some time between command button and after hitting pause before it will work again. Its taking like 5 minutes to increase the movie to the full height of the screen. Anyone know what is causing this and what I can do to make it simple? Its the only issue I have with my system at this point.

I had issues with my sound, I was not sure if it was my headset or not (it was) so I played with the options and I don't remember the default options anymore for the options at Video (video renderer and the others below). I use subtitles a lot because English is not my mother language so subs helps. I also watch animes with Japanese audio and English or French subs too. Right now:

- there is no sub

- MP4 videos have no videos just audio, same with WMV, FLV, MKV, AVI.

Also, you should stop demanding hard core questions, which was the case when I registered which was hell, had to retry a few times. And it's the same just to reply so I can get some support for my issues which is really frustrating and enough to make anyone bolts. All I do with the application is watch tv episodes, movies and animes, I don't know anything about anything else.

If you enabled the autochange fullscreen monitor mode
Ctrl+enter: Change the resolution according to the rules of that mode.
Alt+Enter: ignore the autochange fullscreen monitor mode, keep the original resolution before you enter fullscreen
