Show what script you use in Avisynth+

P.S. I checked latest MPC-BE x64 + ffdshow x64 + Avisynth+ x86 - simple script is working

Nevermind, it's ffdshow weirdness I think related to read ahead high buffers (32) for some reason newer version looked to crash more but came right eventually. Now loads fine first go.. so no problem.

Support assfiltermod?

Will replace xy-subfilter in time.

it is using the same interface as xy subfilter and it is working fine already in MPC-BE.

so why not?

xy subfilter isn't developed anymore.

the difference here is that libass is still developed and that independent from assfiltermod.
libass is already notable faster than xy subfilter when rendered at UHD.

it is the only directshow libass filter and the only subtitle filter that is using the "new subtitle interface" to my knowledge that is in active development.
as you may know libass is the main ASS/SSA subtitle rendered for none windows systems. the list of programs using it is long!

it is a young project that can "only" be used for Text based subtitle but i'm happy it is there.

sorry i don't understand the difference.

xy subfilter support 3 inputs and assfiltermod needs an new instance for each as far as i can see.

if this needs to change you can ask the developer: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=173573&page=3

@madshi try right click "open in new tab" that works fine for me at least.

it is possible to link them like this too: http://i.imgur.com/VFIhYBS.png

AFAIK, madVR only supports one subtitle renderer through the new interface, so any smart subtitle renderer should ideally accept all subtitles on the same renderer and either offer an option which one to display, or "merge" them for display.

Or you know, use LAV Splitter so only one subtitle pin is exposed.

Could you add assfiltermod into the drop down box for subtitle renderers please? I still can't get MPC-BE 1737 to render with it for some reason.

No - filter is "bad". It's must accept multiple input subtitles pin. If and when it's will be done - we are think about add support it. Also it's don't support external subtitles ... Too early add.

Although the MPC-BE player works perfectly, there are some minor bugs in the player. The player can't at the same time split built-in two and more different language subtitles which are usually in blueray format

I don't know what the bugs are.maybe splitters have bugs, maybe not.perhapes the MPC-BE player has bugs.

Could you solve the problems?
Thank you in advance

Got it.thanks a lot.
The problem has been existing all the same, though.if it can't be solved

Because too many HD fans have such a demand as I mentioned above

So how do we make it possible that the player displays built-in two and more different language graphic subtitles at the same time when it plays any of HD movies?

expecting you guys will solve the problem as fast as possibly

Thanks again

What is the current recommendation for scaling EVR-CP, Win 10 x64, fast tri-core AMD cpu. I've been using bilinear forever, but am watching DVDs of oldish tv shows and want something sharper. Maybe I should combine with a shader function also?
Thanks for the continued work on this excellent program. Sooooo much better than VLC.

Quick question : I currently use MPC-HC and/or MPC-BE for playing bluray discs and HEVC samples. They rely on FFDShow and Madvr. I don't see a real difference between those two in daily use, and the changelog don't help me much. So a simple question : why do you prefer MPC-BE to MPC-HC (I guess it is a frequently asked question). Is it just because of the graph scale in statistics?

Cleaner Design choices and overall more efficient/stable multi threading i would say from my experience with both ;)

It feels overall more solid @ first i thought geez another skin/gui ontop fork of mpc-hc but i was very wrong with that first look of it ;)
