Thanks. Updated in r5736 and resized controls in r5738+5739.
Thanks. I have uploaded everything except SVG to sourceforge.net (https://sourceforge.net/projects/mpcbe/files/Toolbars/Fluent/). There is a problem in SVG, the toolbar is not visible in Inkscape, Firefox and online viewers. I tried changing the background to gray, but that only helped for Inkscape. Is there anything you can do about this?
I suspect it's something to do with the way Photoshop saves it... I'll try to fix it!

Can't reproduce. For me it's working - after loading MPC-BE's window bring to front and set on top.
Me too, it happens like in the video. To keep the window in front, you have to pause and replay the video or make it full screen and switch to back to window mode.

The Windows Defender indicated a virus: MPC-BE.1.5.6.5743.x64-installer.zip
Trojan:Win32/CryptInject!ml
It's weird.

Scanners give false positives (wrong detection) all the time.
When in doubt, just scan it with virustotal.com
If just one or two detect something, then high chance of false positive.

So far there has been no problem. Maybe something new in the program?

Bkav is a Vietnamese scanner.
You can get it fixed by sending mail to "bkav@bkav.com.vn" with title "False Positive" and a download link for the file and the virustotal link.
They are quick with fixes. Usually less than 24 hours.

With the latest mpc-be and Video Renderer under exclusive fullscreen mode, if keep the mouse pointer on the progress bar, using Alt-Enter trying to exit exclusive mode will not work. And then there's messy situation quit the program.

I've run into two bugs in MPC-BE.
1. The first bug only happens when using the internal splitter filter in MPC-BE in combination with LAV video decoders in D3D11 Automatic (native) hardware decoding mode, and madVR as the video renderer.
Steps to reproduce:
- use a ts file like this one: https://4kmedia.org/lg-new-york-hdr-uhd-4k-demo/
- enable the MPEG PS/TS/PVA splitter in MPC-BE
- disable the use of the internal DXVA2:HEVC, HEVC video decoders in MPC-BE, let the system installed Lav decoding filters be used instead
- select the madVR video renderer in MPC-BE
- in Lav video, set Hardware Decoder to use D3D11, and the Hardware Device to Use = Automatic (native)
- start playing the ts file
- after some time click back on a previous point in the timeline
The audio continues playback as normal, but the video keeps looping the same one second long sequence over and over.
2. The second bug is related to subtitles not showing on time when the internal MPC-BE matroska splitter is used together with XySubFilter.
Use this media file (http://www.mediafire.com/file/lvi509tet1pwya0/Dancing_Mouse_and_Broken_Horn-001.mkv/file) (it's a remux of a BDMV ts file, it has bluray PGS subs inside).
Steps to reproduce:
- use either EVR-CP or madVR as video renderers (may happen with other video renderers, I did not test); it does not matter if you use the MPC-BE internal filters to do the video decoding or the external LAV video decoders
- select the use of XySubFilter as the subtitle renderer in MPC-BE
- first, disable the internal MPC-BE Matroska splitter, and play the file, to see how the subtitles are displayed. Notice that when the lady speaks (17 seconds into the video), the subtitles show up as soon as she speaks.
- now, enable the MPC-BE internal matroska splitter and play the file again. Notice that the subtitles don't show up on time, and the lines show up very very late, like 5 seconds later than they should.
I used the latest mkvtoolnix for the reumx, just to make sure it was not a muxing error, but the error is there.
The version of the XySubFilter does not seem to matter, I tested multiple versions and they all have the same issue when used with the internal matroska splitter. The forum thread for XySubFilter is here (https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=168282&page=54).

I have an issue, hoping someone can help. I've now managed to use MPC-BE as an external player for KODI 18 in Windows 10 (20H2) and I'm using the latest nightly LAV filters.
I have my 1080p movies streaming from an FTP server. When I use KODI's internal player, they begin to play immediately with both KODI 17 (using madVR with the latest LAV filters) and KODI 18's internal player. But when I use MPC-BE as an external player it takes at least 20 seconds before the 1080p movie begins playing, almost as though MPC-BE is buffering very slowly. Local files play immediately. Anyone know what could be causing this?

MPC-BE's filters don't support opening via FTP. If using with LAV - maybe it's LAV Source "fault", i don't know.

I don't know what not to like in this case madVR - EVR-CP(in LAV using D3D11 copy-back) and MPC VR(using D3D11 native) perfect playback on any seeking.

Updated german translation (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NwBzp70DqbsN-NeKUsrorOgUedPyb_nu/view?usp=sharing) based on r5767 :)
I downloaded nightly build r5770 and I think I found a small issue:
STRING IDS_AG_MENU_PLAYER_A "Player-Kontextmenü (auto)"
STRING IDS_AG_MENU_PLAYER_L "Player-Kontextmenü (lang)"
STRING IDS_AG_MENU_PLAYER_S "Player-Kontextmenü (kurz)"
_A -> AUTO
_L -> LONG
_S -> SHORT
If I select the long menu, then the menu is smaller, no Pan&Scan, ...
If I select the short menu, then the menu is bigger, it includes Pan&Scan, ...
I think that the long and short ones are inadvertently reversed.

The "short" and "long" menus can be renamed to "Player menu 1" and "Player menu 2" or to "Player menu type 1" and "Player menu type 2". I don't know how it will be better in English.

I thought about it, too in the meantime. At first I thought long and short decribed the amount of entries in the "main" menu. But of course long can also mean that you must go through more sub menus if you make the "main" menu more compact. But I still think about more matching names. Perhaps I will find some.

Updated german translation (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NwBzp70DqbsN-NeKUsrorOgUedPyb_nu/view?usp=sharing): Some cosmetics after full translation file analyzing and renamed the Player menus, very simple and I think for everyone easy to understand
"short" is "big"
"long" is "small"
This is the way the user sees the menu at first when he/she rightclicks
