Hi len0x,
here are the log files.
Good Night!

Looking at both logs I can see that comp test percentage in old version is below 66.67% which means that max quantizer 4 is used while new one above 66.67% and therefore quantizer 3 is used. Oversize should not happen theoretically, but if XviD has some kind of rate control problem then it might be the cause (but its still very rare problem).

I had the same error and the GTCODEC.DLL codec was the problem. I unregistered and renamed it, and the error was no more.
Apparently the GTCODEC codec is very badly-behaved and tries to decode formats which it's not designed to decode.

Because your vob files do not contain PGC information in them! Without it you won't be able to see any subs from any PGCs apart from the first one (did you read Q 3.4?).
Exoskeletor

yes i read it but how is this possible to happen? i have rip all the dvd's in the same way.

That is where my support stops - I'm not concerned about how it was working if you didn't follow the guide. I only care that certain procedure works. So please report back if you have this problem after you ripped DVD properly.

Whoever has SSE3 capable cpu please test if its detected properly and denosing is working OK on such systems. This version should be stress tested as its what I plan to release as a stable version.

Are the SSE3commands then used in VDubMod or rather for encoding audio?

Only one component in AutoGK package is using SSE3 - RemoveGrain avisynth filter. Nothing else as far as I know is able to take advantage of that.

As far as I can see second pass didn't run at all and you left with just first pass file! (speedup cannot be that huge just because of SSE2 denoising).

can you make autogk when we select the input directory, automaticly select the "folder_name".avi as output file name? (and if it is exist as "folder_name"1.avi etc). and if we dont like it we still can press the button too change the name.
Or at least if you dont like it, when we click on the output directory folder, make the program to write automaticly the name of the input direcory(in the input box that appears) and to be highlited.(in order if someone dont like it to start immediately writing)

That was actually discussed many times. And I wasn't against it, but some ppl said they would like naming to be first directory in the path and not the last. So nothing was done about it in the end.

That's a good idea.

i want to make another suggestion (i dont know if it is good one, but i though that you should listen it). what about making some keyboard shortcuts with our favour settings?
I mean, when we click on the shift+F1 automaticly the output size, codec, audio format, input directory (if exist), audio language (if exist) etc will be selected with the previous settings that we have enter in the shift+F1 shortcut.

Sounds more like a profile, not a shortcut.

I do, but its not something that would be high on my priority list atm.

Sort of - I'll announce what's gonna be done within next development cycle after stable release is out.

A translation of AGK isn't planned, i think - according to this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=90476) first of all the tutorial ist translated (someone already wants to do the greek one - no name mentioned there however - perhaps it's you ;) ).

Can AutoGK support Fraunhofer IIS mp3surround (demoware) in future?

Why AutoGK does not suppor such features in both divx and xvid like
1.Global Motion Compensation
2.Quarter pixel motion estimation
An second question.. is there any way to add logo into video via autoGK or virtualdub ??? (thanks for answers and greetz 4 ALL):p

They are not standalone compatible.

Only via manual SSA subs.

Since the Thread here is slow atm, I allow myself to ask a few questions about the future of AutoGK:
Lenox, do you plan to work on x264(AVC) + AAC for AutoGK in the future? (naturally after a stable version - btw. how is the stable version going?)
As you surely know AVC + AAC will be THE Codecs in the future as HDTV will mostly use those and some standalones already start to be compatible, for example the newest Players from Xoro - they call it Nero Digital until now, but it should be compatible to standard AVC (like x254) or not?
x264 should be no great Problem as you made GordianKnot already compatible with it, but what about AAC and mp4 Container?
Keep up the good work!
