I have SUPread version 0.51 and on the "Options" tab, there is a check box in the Image section for "720p"... This isn't what you're after?

that is just for scenarist output not sup output. Supread currently only supports 1080p sups.

is using tsremux p.s i tried changing the bdmv files with the nero ones and still no joy just get a black screen anyone ?

but with the same source you can get tsremux to work? very strange.:confused:

@ Roman

Searched this thread and found no answer to the following:

Question:
Does tsMuxer demux tracks so that they are perfectly in sync like xport does (i.e. does it correct the delays)?

Feature request:
If not can you add the track delay at the end of the audio and subtitle "track info" and maybe to the filename of the demuxed files?

***

Background: Currently I do not know a way to get the delay of tracks in m2ts files. Mediainfo does not show them (tried with a prepared file I know the delay of) and PTSCalc does not work for me at all (crashes with an exeption when hitting "calc"). Besides Atak_Snajpera noted that it "does not like big files". So getting the delay form tsMuxer would be really important to me.

cool, it what I asked to be add into tsmuxer :)

Does HDBDsplitGUI create playlist ? I just doesn't want to split the files. I want to be able to burn it on a DVD and watch it like a normal movie.

Nice soft , thanks !

for LPCM raw , when the size is more than 4gb , it splits it in 2 files .
Is it possible to correct it ?

Thanks.

try to use bluray option when you remux your m2ts.
It should create many m2ts files.

Author, please say something about my feature request at HERE (http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=1114121&postcount=648)

Today I tryed to remux the Transformers HD DVD to Blu-Ray with Tsremux.

I demuxed the h.264, and the english eac3 track (1536kbit/s) from the HD DVD, then make a Blu-Ray compliant subtitle stream with latest Supread from an srt.

I added all of this 3 tracks to Tsremux to make a BD from it.

1. Tsremux incorrectly thinks that the h.264 stream is 29,97 fps, so I needed to set 24000/1001 to sync the audio and video (without this the video ran faster).

2. Tsremux accepted the .sup file I've creaed with SUPread, and the subtitle stream appears in the PDVD Audio menu, but subtitle not shows up (tryed to enable, disable but nothing).

However I created my first BD structure, and with the correct fps set I can play the audio and video well in sync with powerdvd. The chapter creation also works like a charm.

I have two questions:

1. If I remux an HD DVD or profile 4.1 compliant h.264 stream to Blu-Ray, then what options should I set from the below?

Add picture timing info

Continually inster sps/pps?

2. What the "bind to video fps" option do?

Thank you! Really nice work.

Hi. Im trying to transmux a HD-DVD source from a 12GB evo file to .ts and im getting this error ca. 15% out in the process:

Reading buffer overflow. Possible container streams are not syncronized? Try to increase read buffer size or demux selected streams to single files. File name: C:\movie.EVO

Any idea? Where can i increase the buffersize?
This error message gives you the answer - demux audio streams from EVO to single files and then mux them with only video stream from EVO file.
But if you get this error with correct EVO file, it means that you're muxing video and audio with not matching FPS.

You mean you transcoded HD DVD sup and/or srt to "Blu-ray compatible sup" with supread, and have the issue I have?

HD DVD sup file != Blu-Ray sup file

I created a BD compatible sup file(pgc graphics) from srt, which was accepted and recognized as is in Tsmuxer, it does the remux, in PDVD I saw the subtitle stream, can siwtch on/off, but it didn't show up.

I have the problem too
I don't see the subs but can on/off

The problem is SupRead currently only support 1080p blu-ray .sup output.. If you put it on a 720p movie the subtitles will simply be out of the picture - thats why you don't see them!

I think the maker of SupRead is working on 720p output though..

hi everyone,
I succeeded riping Transformers but my (little) problem is that i wanted to convert the english eac3/1536Kb/s track into a DTS 1536Kb/s , so here is what i did :
took eac3to to make 6 wavs seperate tracks with libav (it worked) then I took Surcode to re-encode in DTS-1536-48.000 (it worked too). I took the final .dts file and could read it in media player classic, I told to myself "great it works" but at the moment I would want to join the .dts file with the video (H264) file with TsMuxer, but it told me "can't detect stream type" - I then put that file in eac3to to get infos and it told me it was 24bits file...

Question is : have I forgoten something somewhere?

thx for your answers.

P.S. : Slysoft updated anyDVD HD with BD+ protection removing today !! (V 6.4.0.0)

Hello Roman, just wanted to point something out...

As mentioned earlier. Is there an option to make sure the h264 stream doesn't get altered in any way during muxing/demuxing?

I used tsMuxeR to demux an elementary h264 stream to be authored in Sonic Scenarist and it crashed due to the video stream.

I have demuxed this exact same stream with MKVextract GUI and no problem at all, so the problem is definitely with tsMuxeR altering the stream in some way during demuxing. The log even states this... "H264 bitstream changed: insert nal unit delimiters".

Is there any way to disable any bitstream altering?

Probably something wrong with LPCM muxing:

Files muxed ok (PCM 48khz).
tsMuxer detect stream in muxed ts-m2ts Ok.
MediaPlayer Classic play file without sound.
Hardware players play file without sound too.

MediaInfo show for LPCM audio stream in TS:

Video #1
Count : 83
Count of stream of t : 2
Kind of stream : Video
StreamKindID : 1
ID : 1100
Codec : MPEG-2V
Codec : MPEG-2 Video

Delay : 600000
Delay : 10mn
Delay : 10mn
Delay : 10mn

In VOB with LPCM MI show correct info:

Audio #0
Count : 67
Count of stream of t : 1
Kind of stream : Audio
StreamKindID : 0
ID : A0
Codec : PCM
Codec : PCM
PlayTime : 248240

Video0 delay : 0

Whats wrong ?

Also something wrong with AC3 inside TS:
PC play file ok.
Hardware player play all sound track in one second. Like rewind.
DGindex detect AC3 as MPA and don`t demux. (in TS files created with ffmpeg AC3 detected ok and play fine on hardware).

For DVDs, I had a quick and simple process that I try to replicate for Blu-Ray, but I have no idea how to do it for Blu-Ray. Here's how it worked for DVD:

I always created simple DVDs, no menus, only one title, with several chapters. Each chapter was actually made from a separate source VOB file - so instead of having one big source VOB file for the entire title (with chapters specified as timestamps), I had one file per chapter, and chapter limits were set automatically when authoring the DVD whenever the title went from one source VOB to the next.
I used to create a skeleton XML file, specifying the simple structure described above:

<dvdauthor>
<vmgm />
<titleset>
<titles>
<pgc>
<vob file="file1.vob" />
<vob file="file2.vob" />
<vob file="file3.vob" />
</pgc>
</titles>
</titleset>
</dvdauthor>

Then I launched dvdauthor (a Linux utility) which authored the whole DVD image based on the XML file and all the VOB files:

dvdauthor -o MOVIE_NAME -x skel.xml

That process worked great for creating simple DVDs in a fully automated fashion. I had a script that did all the encoding and authoring fully automated, unsupervised. Great time saver.

Is this doable for Blu-Ray? Can I take a bunch of M2TS files, or whatever, and tell tsMuxeR "grab those files, create no menus, just one single title, and create a separate chapter for each input file" ?
If it's doable, what are the steps?

It will be nice if we could add "SD SUB" in TS with tsMuxeR.

Creating BD-5/9 H.264 with Menu and Titles using Nero 8, tsMuxer and hexedit
Create folders or make a batch

mkdir d:\BluRay\1
mkdir d:\BluRay\2
mkdir d:\BluRay\3
mkdir d:\BluRay\4
mkdir d:\BluRay\5
mkdir d:\BluRay\6
mkdir d:\BluRay\menu

A small video that is nero bluray compatable, I use an mpeg 2- 1280 x 720 x 59
Using Nero vision 5 with BluRay plugin select create BluRay, add the small video file however many times you want items on the menu,
on the menu creation section select background, rename files etc.

I have not had much luck with motion menus, they play in Nero Showtime fine but are “skippy” on the player.

At the end select write to hard drive folder d:\BluRay\menu, it takes about a minute to complete.

With tsMuxer load 1st pre-prepaired title and select create BluRay and set destination d:\BluRay\1
For the 2nd title write to d:\BluRay\2, 3rd to d:\BluRay\3 etc.

Then manually copy or run a batch

ECHO
rename D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\STREAM\00001.m2ts 00000.m2ts
rename D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\CLIPINF\00001.clpi 00000.clpi

COPY D:\BluRay\2\BDMV\STREAM\00001.m2ts D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\STREAM\00001.m2ts
copy D:\BluRay\2\BDMV\CLIPINF\00001.clpi D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\CLIPINF\00001.clpi
copy D:\BluRay\2\BDMV\PLAYLIST\00000.mpls D:\Bluray\1\BDMV\PLAYLIST\00001.mpls

COPY D:\BluRay\3\BDMV\STREAM\00001.m2ts D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\STREAM\00002.m2ts
copy D:\BluRay\3\BDMV\CLIPINF\00001.clpi D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\CLIPINF\00002.clpi
copy D:\BluRay\3\BDMV\PLAYLIST\00000.mpls D:\Bluray\1\BDMV\PLAYLIST\00002.mpls

COPY D:\BluRay\4\BDMV\STREAM\00001.m2ts D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\STREAM\00003.m2ts
copy D:\BluRay\4\BDMV\CLIPINF\00001.clpi D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\CLIPINF\00003.clpi
copy D:\BluRay\4\BDMV\PLAYLIST\00000.mpls D:\Bluray\1\BDMV\PLAYLIST\00003.mpls

COPY D:\BluRay\menu\BDMV\STREAM\00004.m2ts D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\STREAM\00004.m2ts
copy D:\BluRay\menu\BDMV\CLIPINF\00004.clpi D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\CLIPINF\00004.clpi
copy D:\BluRay\menu\BDMV\PLAYLIST\00004.mpls D:\Bluray\1\BDMV\PLAYLIST\00004.mpls

copy D:\BluRay\menu\BDMV\index.bdmv D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\index.bdmv
copy D:\BluRay\menu\BDMV\MovieObject.bdmv D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\MovieObject.bdmv
copy D:\BluRay\menu\BDMV\index.bdmv D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\BACKUP\index.bdmv
copy D:\BluRay\menu\BDMV\MovieObject.bdmv D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\BACKUP\MovieObject.bdmv

Now you have the files in place at d:\BluRay\1 for your 4 title with menu BD-5/9 disk
Now using a hexeditor open d:\BluRay\1\BDMV\PLAYLIST 00000.mpls and change the reference from P00001M2TS to P00000M2TS. Then open 00002.mpls and change it to 2, open 3 and change it to 3, 4 is the menu and is already correct.

After that is done populate the backup directory or use a batch

xcopy /R D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\PLAYLIST\*.mpls d:\Bluray\1\BDMV\BACKUP\PLAYLIST\
xcopy /R D:\BluRay\1\BDMV\CLIPINF\*.clpi d:\Bluray\1\BDMV\BACKUP\CLIPINF\

Then Burn d:\BluRay\1

Plays fine on a Sony-300.

Thanks Roman and Pelican your programs are great.

maybe the bitrate of the mkv file is too high - popcorn hour does mkv decoding only in software. Try muxing it into ts with tsmuxer, change level to 4.1 if needed and see if it works (now with hardware decoding). Other problem could be too much reference frames in x264 encoder options. Then you have to reencode the movie. You can check this easily with avinaptic.

But there could be some dts problems with popcorn hour also - I don't really now, I reencode all dts tracks with eac3to ac3 and mux them back with mkvmerge. No problems so far...
