No, I am going to add separate mux options: "blu-ray iso" and "avchd iso".
HWK

I am assuming if iso is chosen for output and input has mvc stream. In that case it will create ssif folder and file inside iso as well at least for blu-ray iso option.

Is this bug present in the latest version only or not? Could you provide me this test file? I just repeat this 2 step scenario and haven't got a problem for some short 3dbd on a input.
P.S. Looks like frencher you muxed 2 video streams (AVC and MVC) to a single m2ts file and player can't play it correctly.

No, that is totally different. What it does is also user to decode ssif file so it is possible to get two view from ssif file one for each. What make it different is once done both files can be decoded without each other and thus can be used in encoder or for any other purpose where you need base and dependent view and ability to view on their own.
It has nothing to do with tsmuxer. Only reason I mention was because frencher may have thought that it can decode both files data so it can be viewed separately.

You are importing m2ts files and tsmuxer can't read info about stereo file from m2ts as a result that is why you are getting this message.
I did as well and same thing happened to me as well. I also tried other types and no success either, some time it reads mvc stream and sometimes it reads avc stream not both and it depends on file extension.

I can but it will take some time to complete. I also have access to encoder so I can create more type of samples as well.
However before I do, if I remember correctly physic mention that one of his priority is to have ability to open and examine container and add all stream it can understand.
Only thing this will do is give baseline where to start.

I played from ssif file as well and it worked for me too, however I use different player and did little hack to get it to play. In my case what I did is to open mpls file which is main movie from blu-ray disk and choose m2ts muxing in tsmuxer first and in dialog box asking where to save file I save as 00000.ssif file. Creating one ssif file which is 36.4 gb in ssif folder.
Second time I create blu-ray disk and movie ssif folder inside stream folder of blu-ray disk folder. I also renamed m2ts files in stream folder so they are not accessed by player anymore and for me it worked.

It works for me, which version you are using. In addition tsMuxeR see all the assets which are present in file, I double check with MediaInfo program.
http://s7.postimg.org/bhh8p49h7/Tsmuxer.png
I decided to encode sample uploaded by frencher, however after encoding if you import mvc elementary stream then it only recognize MVC codec file not H264 file. Where mediainfo show info about both stream. Also tsmuxer 1.10.6 recognize H264 stream but under file type choose all files to make it visible.
Should file be split in to two and import them, then it recognize H64 and MVC codec stream even though extension is still mvc for both. (Screenshot not shown)

The sample content is at least 1 min long and from my point of view sample file is fine, since I downloaded sample by frencher and open tsmuxer and it worked.
Only time this problem come is when encoded with mvc encoder and both stream are mux into one file. In this case newer version (1.10.6 or higher) doesn't recognize H264 codec stream. On flip side of coin tsmuxer 1.10.6 recognize H264 stream.
On a final note if I split file in to two and import them in tsmuxer then it recognize though file extension is same.

tsmuxer does eliminate seamless branching from disc. However program is not ready for this process. Simply because disc is 3d format and tsmuxer can't write ISO file with ssif file inside ssif folder. According to author tsmuxer will soon support creation of iso file then you will be able to accomplish what you want.

It has a frame-rate of 23.976. I use mkvtoolnix to change it to an mkv file, where the frame-rate remains 23.976.

I had some similar files. I unchecked the "change fps" box and everything worked fine.

Yes, I can remove on 2D and 3D, but was my biggest regret, I can't post my software. There are too many manipulations for use.
I search the Blu-ray I/O Specification for finalize my software but it's too expensive (1000$) for a little freeware.
It replace files by MVC (with or without SSIF) and AVC (for 2D).
But you can do it manually.

Hi.
Is there a possibility to replace the audio track from the 3D Blu-Ray with different soundrack from the 2D Blu-Ray of the same movie.
The point is that there is a 3D Blu-Ray released with lower bitrate 16-bit audio track, where on the other hand 2D Blu-Ray released with much higher bitrate 24-bit audio track. Both DTS-HD same framerate.
So I would like to demux 2D BR which is not a problem.
But how may I replace the original audio track at 3DBR with the demuxed one ?
jsmoovey
9th October 2013, 17:17
IceB, I believe you can "add" both files under import. Then, deselect what streams you'd like to leave. I did this with the 2D movie, Equilibrium. It had TrueHD audio (Something I don't care for) and no English Subs. I was able to remux the movie, ac3 5.1 audio and subs with tsmuxer. I'm sure the same can be done with 3D (Just not sure about bit depth).
One problem I had was that I had to demux the movie with the audio track I wanted to use. tsmuxer had an error at about 20% stating frame-rate changed. After I demuxed the streams and reloaded the ones needed individually (instead of 2 mkv files) the error went away.

jsmoovey, thanks for the reply.
I am familiar with the 2D BD demuxing workaround.
Yet the 3D BD are authorized in much more complexed way.
My goal is to find the easiest way to replace/insert the audio track to the 3D BD.

9th October 2013, 22:32
To switch audio in 3d movie or any other assets.
1. Open mpls for corresponding movie
2. Remove all assets you don't want in you output.
3. Add assets you do want in you output. In your case it is audio track which you want to swap.
4. Choose blu-ray disk for output on bottom of Tsmuxer.
5. Wait for TsMuxer to finish creating new files.
However you won't be able to create iso yet. Unless you use dvdfab virtual drive.
