will tsmuxerGUI be able to join multiple m2ts ? (not mpls muxing)
It does it without a problem, add first m2ts file and then click "join" and add second m2ts.
Repeat for all others files.

That is expected and will cause error message, all files which needs to be join must have same assets types. Whether it is video, audio or subtitle.

:(I had the same problems as both of you on a movie that I just tried muxing and the following settings worked for me.
Under Tracks in tsMuxeR select the video track (H.264, VC1, etc...) and change the general track options from "Insert SEI and VUI data if absent" to "Do not change SEI and VUI data".
Before I changed this video I had BAD BLOCKING and picture jumping all over the place. After I changed that video setting it played back fine.
Maybe it's a bug... Maybe it's not... I don't know but I know that changing that setting fixed everything for me.
I hope that this information helps you! :)
Have the same problem with "ICE AGE 4" and
using "Do not change SEI and VUI data" the video is corrupted!

2.6.9 same result....!!

I just finished demux sequence of ICE AGE 4 and I found tsmuxer is not able to extract mvc stream completely.
Network Optix tsMuxeR. Version 2.6.12. www.networkoptix.com
Decoding H264 stream (track 1): H.264/MVC Views: 2 Profile: High@4.1 Resolution: 1920:1080p Frame rate: 23.976
MVC muxing fps is not set. Get fps from stream. Value: 23.976
Decoding H264 stream (track 2): Profile: High@4.1 Resolution: 1920:1080p Frame rate: 23.976
H.264 muxing fps is not set. Get fps from stream. Value: 23.976
Decoding DTS-HD stream (track 3): Bitrate: 1536Kbps core + MLP data.Sample Rate: 48KHz Channels: 7.1 (DTS Master Audio 24bit)
Decoding PGS stream (track 4): Resolution: 1920:1080 Frame rate: 23.976
DTS-HD stream (track 3): overlapped frame detected at position 00:04:12,842. Remove frame.
Processed 18186 video frames (MVC)
Processed 126240 video frames (AVC)
Flushing write buffer
Demux complete.
Demuxing time: 5 min 16 sec
Notice, mvc has way less frames than avc part. Also tsmuxer used default setting and if you change setting still the same.
{update}
If I choose mux option, it causes crash when 27% done.
http://i62.tinypic.com/124ak4p.jpg
I think it is related to fact that it is unable to extract mvc stream from 00501.ssif and 00502.ssif and it crashes.

Yes, your Ice Age 4 is multi angle (2 angles).
Try to open separate files (01213.SSIF + 01251.SSIF + 01220.SSIF or 01214.SSIF + 01251.SSIF + 01221.SSIF) with Add buttons instead of 00800.MPLS and Demux it.

After it is complete, just throw everything except 00000.M2TS (if that's all you want). Or you can demux it from there (if you want elementary streams).

When you add some SSIF files (00001+00002+00003+00004+00005+...), tsMuxeR creates a file name 00001+00002+00003+00004+00005+....264, 00001+00002+00003+00004+00005+....mvc, 00001+00002+00003+00004+00005+....ac3, etc... so with one file no problem ;)
And create a BD output then demux streams add a (long and uesless) step, I think physic would correct multi angle support when he will be back :)

i think you dont understand what i say or i write it worong :(
i mean i add "01213.SSIF + 01251.SSIF + 01220.SSIF "
then i select create ISO
and i have now only 1 .ssif file named "00000.ssif", like the .m2ts file (00000.m2ts).

But you can cut and paste the meta information from the GUI into a file -- and then edit as you see fit and reference the file from the TSMUXER command line application.

I didn't see the commands breakdown in the readme. Is there some more detailed info on its use? I always used the gui before.
Also if I wanted to use txmuxer to create a iso for and existing folder setup without doing any muxing, can it be done?

Most of the information is related to the meta file format, though. The format is:
tsmuxer.exe <meta file name> <out file/folder name>
You'd have to remux to create an ISO, example:
tsmuxer.exe input.meta output.iso

Hmm, I'm not sure how that meta file would be edited to get tsmuxer to include a DL folder with pictures/xml file into the META folder of the created ISO. The META folder is empty when tsmuxer creates the ISO and thats what I'd like to change.
You think you could give an example?

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to do... but I suspect TSUXER can't do it. All it can do is build a TS/M2TS file, movie-only structure, or a movie-only ISO. It can also demux elementary streams.

Hi, I feel this is valid thread to ask question bout 3d + siff + tsmuxer. Pardon me in case I am trying to jump in running discussion.
I am new to 3d ripping but this
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1652243#post1652243 helped me lot.. I understood that ripping 3d bluray on HDD gonna consume nearly double space becoz of Hard-Linking present in UDF unless I create image out of it.
Long story short, I have 6-7 3d blurays (got free with my Sony bdp-s470.. yaaaayyy!!) and I want to back those up on HDD. But I don't want to store them as ISO coz my bdp doesn't understand it. But it can play blu-ray folder structure on FAT32 HDD. Here lies the problem. Is there any way I can split siff to multiple 4gb parts?
I tried tsmuxer, fed it with 23gb siff file and enabled "split after x size option". It created multiple siff files (16gb total) but also m2ts files (21 gb total). And now total BD folder size has became 37gb.
I think m2ts files are useless coz siff files already have same data. Am I correct ? Simply deleting them doesn't seems to work coz mpls files in playlist folder still pointing to them. So here is another question - Is there any way to create playlist from siff files ? If it can be done then I think I can delete redundant m2ts files.

At the moment I'm still optimistic. Cause this 3TB bug is not playing any games it just says 'nada, go home, stop right here'. I think physic simply never tried on such kinds of 3TB HDD. And the bug should be rel. new - old tsmuxer writes on them 'clean and successful'.
blaubart, what is the file system of this 3TB HDD ?
NTFS with MBR. You know at the moment most external 3TB HDD are formatted kind of 'anti-EFI/GPT' because most people still have BIOS not EFI and won't have for a long time.
To get the full 3+TB with MBR there's a trick hmm, was sth like - instead of usual 512-Byte-sektors register 4 KByte sectors?
I'm testing them since some weeks now - writing and writing, reading... no problems till now. tsmuxer 3D is the first.
