New version is ready.
tsMuxeR 1.12.2(a) (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B0VmPcEZTp8NTE1aSHNsczlxQ0E/edit?usp=sharing)
version 1.12.2(a):
- add 3d bluray support. Bluray muxing activated automatically if MVC substream appears in input tracks.
To reduce HDD space, tsMuxeR doesn't produce ssif file, only a couple of .m2ts files. ssif files can be
creted on the fly in DVD fab using "create mini iso" menu item.
- add ability to mux to ssif file directly. It is not supported in GUI, but you can provide .ssif file extension
- fixed bugs in SEI message processing and add MVC sei message support
- fixed several bugs in the Transport Stream to improve compatibility with Blu-ray standart.
known issues:
- I did not update subtitles processing for 3D yet. It is the next task in my list
Alanick
My TV plays all files from tsMuxeR without problem. And TV understand m2ts files as well. I have UN75F8000 model.
Thanks for great update Roman.
Also will you support create produce ssif in future updates ? if you are interest in 3D BD, HDD Space wont be a problem i think. it will be best if you do so. tsmuxer will be all in one solution :)
Again thanks...

HWK, have you got a MVC encoder ?
Yes, I do own mvc encoder as add-on on base product.

Is it possible to add subtitle track and mux to 3D BD?
cause when i tried the mounted disk was unplayable by TMT.
I added in mine it plays in tmt 5, what kind of subtitle you are dealing with. Also there are not officially supported yet.

Current version can produce ssif, but I don't include it to GUI (as separate mux type). But you can run tsMuxer with .ssif file extension. So, you can run tsMuxer twice: in blu-ray mode, then mux to ssif with same parameters. I can add simultaneous writing to ssif and m2ts in a future version but I am not sure that is usefull.

Rusty, How exactly you created ssif file and also which media player you used to playback.
Last but not least does original play.

I've tried 'WINGs' and 'Train my Dragon' both 3D-ISOs mounted.
I drag the mpls into tsmuxer, it detects both video views, and I set output as Blu-ray. But the result cannot be played with my Xtreamer Prodigy 3D (black screen)

In order to keep 3D blu-ray compatibility, I believe the output should keep the blu-ray structure as separate .m2ts and .ssif video files.
Not just one video file with 2 streams.
Other than that.. keep up the good job!!
And of course, I'm offering here to test many 3D-ISOs with your tsmuxer .. :D

yes the one from slysoft
stay tuned...
I will post guide to create proper Blu-ray structure with tsmuxer which include creation of ssif file as well.
In fact I am writing know so I will try to be quick.
Once done it should play just like original since it will have ssif file as well, provided original played in first place.

HWK

It does but it is the player which cause problem during decoding. The method you used works for TMT, since I used that method before it works for Arcsoft Total media theatre.

the good things here, is that you could get rid of the BD menu, the extras, and many audio tracks, to get a smaller 3DISO(need dvdfab),
And you can even Add other audio languages (and subs in future versions), just like the old tsmuxer did with '2D' blu-rays...
HWK

Hmm, lots of people are having trouble with creation process of 3D so I will create mini guide how to solve this issue once for all.
To get started you will need tsmuxer and dvdfab virtual drive (no other virtual drive software will work)
1. Start by opening tsmuxer and choose corresponding mpls file for which you want to process. (don’t know which one to use, BDinfo can help with that part)
2. Only check stream you want to have in your backup, by default all will be checked.(make sure leave MVC and H264 video stream checked)
3. Under options choose Demux and set location on your hard drive. Make sure you have adequate space (2x) (Specify name of movie as well)
4. Once demux is done, remove all files from tsmuxer gui and import files which you just demux and set lang code for audio and subs. (doing this way will keep chapter info)
5. Choose blu-ray disk and start muxing.
In this process we will create SSIF file for our movie, only carry this out when tsmuxer is finished.
I assume you have downloaded and install the drive and it works.
Delete temp files or move them out side of the folder leave BDMV and CERTIFICATE folders
6. Right click on dvdfab icon which is shown in system tray (right next clock, if it is hidden then you will need to expand)
7. Look for option which says create mini iso and click on that.
8. At this stage dialox box will come asking for movie location, you can drag and drop or browse to root directory.
9. Let say I am doing Iron Man, in this case I will drag root folder of iron man to dialog box. NOT BDMV or CERTIFICATE folder.
10. It will create mini iso and ask you if you want to mount it. (say yes)
11. Finally if you look inside virtual drive created by dvdfab and navigate to \BDMV\STREAM you will see SSIF folder and file within.
12. To play just point to drive with in player like you will do with physical drive or any other virtual drive.
Also physic hasn't fix subtitle yet, so don't blame if they don't work. Though they should, give it a try.

It works for me, because encoder put stereo stream first follow by base view. As a result TMT 5 can play it without any issue. However tmt won't play if done through tsmuxer, because it put base view first.

No, it is more than mounting, since SSIF reference other m2ts files and we don't want to physically create them because it will double the space needed on disc. When iso is created by dvdfab it create ssif file on the fly which reference m2ts files and also keep the size down.
Think of this way if you rip Blu-ray disk to hard drive it's size is almost double, however if iso it will keep original size. Without going to technical detail it has todo with linking files which is feature of UDF file system.(Used in blu-ray disk)

Can't say maybe it will work or may it won't. However the method of creating SSIF file will work provided player follow official 3d specs.
@rusty666 or anyone else my sincere apology for not able to tell correct method of creating m2ts and telling the whole thing.
Also in TMT you need to choose option always movies and video files in 3d and auto detect source file layout for my method of creating m2ts to work.

Results verified on external 3D Media Player Egreat R6S (connected to 3DTV via HDMI 1.4)
Test 1: data sample: short trailer in single m2ts file from BD3D-ISO structure with original PGS-3D-subtitles
- playlist .mpls read from BD3D-ISO
- removed unwanted subtitles and audio
- multiplexed to BD3D structure (without ssif-file)
- played correctly in 3D using 3D Media Player Egreat R6S (including PGS-3D-subtitles)!
(TEST SUCCESS)
Test 2: data sample: short trailer in single m2ts file from BD3D-ISO structure with original PGS-3D-subtitles
- m2ts demuxed into elementary stream using EAC3TO
- elementary streams loaded to tsMuxerGUI (AVC, MVC, audio, PGS-sup)
- multiplexed to BD3D structure (without ssif-file)
- played correctly in 3D using 3D Media Player Egreat R6S (including PGS-3D-subtitles)!
(TEST SUCCESS)
Test 3: data sample: short trailer in single m2ts file from BD3D-ISO with original PGS-3D-subtitles
- original BD3D-ISO structure - but directory SSIF removed
- playlist .mpls read from this modified BD3D-ISO
- MVC stream NOT identified/found !!!!
(TEST FAILED)
I believe it would be useful to read MVC-stream from playlist (it is there) even when not having SSIF files
Test 4. data sample AVCHD-3D structure recorded using 3D-camcorder
- original AVCHD-3D-ISO structure from SD card
- tsMuxer cannot recognize MVC stream (neither as elementary stream nor in mts-file)!!!
(TEST FAILED)
I believe it would be useful to implement support for AVCHD-3D, as MVC coding (for 23.976 fps) is identical to BD3D
Examples of AVCHD-3D structures you can find here:

Works perfect with output blu-ray in 1 step (no need to demux first)
Turns out I wasn't using latest tsmuxer.. :(
If you want to create a full ISO out of the mini-iso, you can rip the mini-iso virtual drive with anydvd, and you're done!!
Also, you can mount the source full ISO with any tool (like daemon tools)
It's for the mini-iso(first create and then mount) why you need dvdfab..
Thanks a lot to physic for this great tool and to HWK for the info!! ;)

and its a nice one, I'm more than pleased with it, but now with the newly updated tsmuxer, wanted to take advantage of that, but its horrible to watch, no smooth playback.
I tried with uncompressed, untouched videos that I just simply muxed from .ssif to .ts, I guess it needs conversion for a smooth playback, in 3d, cant seem to find though in my TV specifications what is the max rate for 1080px2 in 3d mode, only for 2d I can see the specifications.
ill have to investigate more on that.

However I can do that if required.
