You have there Theatrical and Extended version. The Theatrical version i 00004.mpls and the Extended one is 00006.mpls. In the guide I have explained how to treat this kind of Blu-Ray discs.

It can't be done yet. When SSIF files can be demuxed/remuxed, then it will be possible.

Hi,I want to insert new subtitle to movie the expendables,I used normal method with the theatrical version (00004.mpls) and after that delete all the split m2ts files + their clpi files and their mpls files...When it was done,Everything is working fine on my PC (PowerDVD 10 and TotalMedia Theatre 3),But,On Playstation 3 and Blu-Ray Player it has problem just same as Iron Man 2 (Iron Man 2 splits in several m2ts files too),The movie doesn't start, screen remains black..
What should I do to solve this problem on PS3 and BD Players?
Thanks dude (Crl2007).

You have to replace all the original movie mpls files with the one edited.

13th December 2010, 09:44
Yes,I replaced 00004.mpls and 00006.mpls but the problem still remain..
:-(
Do youhave any idea?
crl2007
13th December 2010, 09:51
On PS3 I know that you have to split your movie and make it AVCHD compliant, the same applies on certain BD players.

13th December 2010, 11:28
Thanks,But how can I make it AVCHD compliant?
crl2007
13th December 2010, 11:53
You can use my guide here, which is an alternative to this: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=151925&highlight=multiavchd Just open the edited disc in multiavchd and choose an output format suitable for PS3. When you load the bluray disc you must answer with yes if it ask you if you want to use the output with PS3. This question pops up if the bluray disc has java.

14th December 2010, 11:22
Sorry,Another problem has occurred again,I read your multiAVCHD guide and do just what you said.. (But I did it with the version that was edited by tsMuxeR before),But,Every time I tried to use multiAVCHD Although I selected main mpls file (In my case 00004.mpls) but in output I receved the movie that consist of extras inted of the main movie and it size is about 13GB..
Why?
:-(
crl2007
14th December 2010, 12:20
For multiAVCHD behaviour you must ask in the official multiavchd thread. http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=143744&page=344 You must add the whole BDMV folder and answer yes when it asks you if you want to open BluRay Re-Author Mode.

Is is possible to add subtitle to a BlurayDisc "2D & 3D", only to the 2D version!?
Thanks.
crl2007
6th February 2011, 10:13
Yes, but then the disc will be useless. It won't start, because the ssif will not find a matching m2ts.

Thank you for the answer.
So, in my understanding the answer is NO, for the moment.

Please tell me, for step 9, what does it mean "the same": "If a Blu-Ray has 2 mpls for the main movie, do the same for both of them. "
1) just step 9
2) all the steps from 1-9 in a single session of TS muxer or in 2 sessions of TS muxer!?
Thanks
crl2007
12th February 2011, 13:13
No, just edit the second mpls as you edited the first one.

I'm trying to put subtitle in a file .iso (bluray) following the tutorial.
I have some problems.
1 - I did everything you said and I have the subtitle in portuguese (Brazil) in my video, but the menu of the disk doesn't works. I click in the button "play movie" but it restarts. I'm using the powerDVD 10 and I can change the title and find the video, but in the menu of the video, doesn't work.
2 - When I go to change the language (subtitle) in the menu, it show English, French and Spanish. It doesn't show portuguese. I substituted the French. I thought that if I put portuguese (por) in the BDMuxer it should show portuguese on the menu.
3 - The video that I want to change subtitle is 3D. Imax Under The Sea 3D. In the folder STREAM has other folder called SSIF (I Think it's because the video is 3d). In this folder has a file called 00012.ssif with 14GB. I try to play it but just plays the audio. And in the folder STREAM has a file with 9GB (00012.m2ts) and other with 5GB (00013.m2ts), but all the video is in the file 00012.m2ts and I cannot open the file 00013.m2ts in the media player classic, just the file 00012.m2ts.
4 - The last thing. The original disk has 15GB and the remuxed video has 30GB. I think that the file 00012.ssif is within the file 00012.m2ts in the original video and in the remuxed video it's not within the video.
Someone?
Thanks.

crl2007

You have to change the chpaters too to match or TMT 5 won't play it even it's a discrepancy of 1 ms. It is explained in the guide how to save chapters in bdedit and replace them afterwards.

The file has PiP, with DTS Express secondary audio, which tsMuxeR does not support... thus the error / message you see.

no,that wasnt the problem ,i find it myself.the mpls file had 2 video file which one of them was 720:480 and the second was 1920:1080,according to the first page giude i bring 1920:1080 to the first line and it worked correctly.thanks.now i have another problem with that ,it works correctly in tmt5 but the main movie dont show in powerdvd 10 ,but show the menue and trailler.please help me in this
crl2007
27th April 2011, 19:53
Capsabackup is right about the warnings, they appear because of the PiP feature. The PiP feature is that second 480p h264 stream.
As for PowerDVD 10, it's not that it does not work, but you have to make an ISO to work correctly. Since PowerDVD 8 you can't play files directly from folders anymore.
