Maybe just try re-generate it at http://rationalqm.us/licensing.html, that has always worked for me but since I retired from encoding I can't tell if it still works today, I guess it does.

Most probably; Donald Graft changed the license generating code a few times, including or excluding some machine specs. Regenerating license keys should be pretty generous for registered users. If you fear exceeding the limit, just ask him.

As members have pointed out get your new machine ID and then use the licensing page. I did change the security method several times, requiring regeneration of licenses. Sorry for the inconvenience.
