I think so, however I have not tested this recently.

Tell me if you encounter syntax errors with newer versions, they can be easily fixed.

This thread is old but I need to bump it to warn about something...

The videos created by Apple cannot have an audio track added to it, using YAMB. It will save as MP4 with the audio only, and say that HEVC is not recognized.

I used the 4K recording in the iPAD Pro 10.5 (256 GB, wifi+cell), and then this app:

To copy the MOV from the camera roll to another folder in nPlayer. Then I uploaded to my PC. Turns out I can't remove the audio track recorded by the iPAD and add another one *

When I tried to do this it failed to join streams.

The extension is .MP4.

This file described by Pastebin can't be edited by YAMB. So YAMB needs to receive a new version with this new codec.

P.S. Extracting to RAW format also doesn't work in this case. The video stream will be extracted, but will be considered an audio track instead.

The latest YAMB build is from 2009, at this time the HEVC video format did not even exist. I doubt that KurtNoise will ever update it.

I can reproduce your findings, but it was easy to fix by replacing MP4Box.exe with a later version from 2013 (taken from MP4Tool).

Just download MP4Tool 0.60 from VideoHelp, extract MP4Box.exe from the "Tools" folder and save it in the "YAMB" folder replacing the old version.

Of course you can also ditch YAMB altogether and use MP4Tool for these tasks. For H.264 video my usual workflow is to manage my tracks in MKVToolNix and then use MkvToMp4 to convert the MKV to a highly Apple compatible AVC/AAC MP4.

Sorry, after doing some tests with different MP4Box versions I have to revoke the above recommendation... :o

According to my tests the most reliable MP4Box version is v 0.5.1. Get it from the link in this post (download MP4Box Update [Test]):

Is there a possible to save log file to yamb folder, but not in folder with video file (or not save at all). A bit tired to delete it every time.

Yes, there is a checkbox under "Advanced settings" where you can change this setting.

Of course i did try it. But after restart program that setting is back to default.

Sorry, you are correct. Yamb does honor this setting for the current task, but after restarting Yamb it resets this setting. Looks like you have to change this setting every time before you start a job... :scared:
