Anything by Uwe Boll. Brace yourselves for BloodRayne! :scared:.

I can imagine how bad Miami Vice is going to be. So much so that Colin Farrel had to OD in order to make it through the filming . And to think that part of it was filmed here in Uruguay :o.

I was not able to read all the posts in this thread, but I'm sure the worst movie ever must be "House of the Dead". It was so hilarious I actually started reading the nutrition facts on my bag of chips to be entertained.

And just my 2cents for how to rate a movie:

When you are bored to death but the movie has a theme that usually interests you, it can safely be called a bad movie. When it's boring to you and the theme ain't your interest, then you should not rate it. It just was'nt your taste. I personally found some of the movies mentioned here perfectly entertaining and well made and I guess that horror freaks should just not rate movies like "The Hours" or "My own private Idaho"

Paycheck was simply awful - too much stolen elements, crude story...

Fantastic 4 wasn't also a favorite for my part :)

Well, I did mention "anything by Uwe Boll" :).

i saw Underworld Evolution on the weekend.

only good parts belonged to Kate Beckinsale :), though i did laugh heartily at the violent climactic scene, and laughed loudly and inappropriately at the concluding statement (terminator 2 conclusion anyone? RIPOFF!).

funny it got an OFLC rating of MA - strong sex scenes and strong violence. there was nothing of the sort - 1 okay sex scene and some comical violence doesn't really count. but then the OFLC are useless annoying #@%$!$#@'ers anyway.

well then it's definitely worth seeing.

probably the only really well photographed scene in that moofie. interesting angle too - not usual for a mainstream film.

In a post-apocalyptic future where you must roller-skate or die, you might be lucky enough to have you life saved by the usually nekkid lesbian nuns who worship the smiley-face. But remember, they can only heal you once. Why? It's the rules, dammit! It's a world where the effects are done on video and the most evil villain is a hand-puppet. If there is a film worse than Roller Blade (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089930/), I don't want to see it.

I'm sorry if this has already been brought up. Asking about the worst is surely the same as aking about the best. Rule 12. I know I will get a flamed for this, but anytime someone asks "what is best" someone jumps on them. What is the difference in asking what is worst?

I am neither interested in whats worst or whats best.
And not all forum rules make sense. But i believe the rule was put up to prevent questions like "whats the best codec" since people are picky about replying and explaining to newbies, normally. ;)

But if I have to pick a movie that really sucked, then it was

DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS

No, really, I hate Harry Potter, but at least it had some nice effects.
But come on... Dungeons and Dragons is probably one of the worst movies ever.

And the basic theme was NOT SO BAD about it !
But the movie became a crap one

You may have a winner with D&D. That movie is terrible. It is just so forced. Like how they are running from the enemy and oops, we tripped over a dwarf sleeping. Ok now we have a dwarf in our party and he is going to fight with us till the end for no particular reason.

I read and article about how the entire cast revolted against the director because it was turning out so bad. By the end they were just ad-libbing everything.

Worst - "Joe Dirt", "Gone in 60 Seconds", "Little Faus and Big Halsey"

Best - Too many. I like the Coppola flicks of the 1970s.
