The b-pyramid muxing issues are still there - you wont receive any errors or warnings from EasyBD if you mux a stream with b-pyramids, however the timestamp issue is still present in the muxed stream (this is with Easy BD Pro).
I had sent nevcairiel a sample and he said the following was the issue with the muxed stream: "It would appear the H264 sei_cpb_removal_delay & sei_dpb_output_delay do not match the timestamps"

I have a series of 5 DVDs I wanted to put on a single BD.
Therefore I reauthored the DVDs into a single DVD structure, with menus and corrected links, paying attention to keep the complexity at a minimum (in particular direct jumps, no conditional jumps, no calculations and stuff). Each DVD had a single movie with a chapter menu (each page in its own PGC). The DVDs have 3 LUs (EN, FR and DE).
I had good results once with DVD2BD express (freeware), when I had problems with subtitles and multiavchd or tsmuxer. From the features list I gathered that this won't be a problem for the free version; although the above test was done with a single movie DVD with no menu.
I tried it twice. It took each time 5:28 hours (five hours and half) to demux and analyse all the DVD, which showed no error, just to give me an error and to insert a few warnings in the log

Considering that I have to spend more than 5 hours until I get an error, and the version I have cannot "import" the results of the previous runs (or at least I haven't figured out how to use it), which would have saved me from demuxing and analysing it over and over, maybe someone has an idea.
Someone said that DVD2BD doesn't like chapters. Well, it reached the fourth episode to stop at the second LU of it at at specific chapter page, which is similar to the first 3.
Someone said it cannot work with menus. Yet it again reached the fourth DVD at the second LU.
Maybe the supported number of buttons? But the first LU also had 8 buttons and the first menu had 9.
Are any unsupported jumps? The DVD has the restrictions of jumping from a VTS to another, which AFAIK do not exist in BD.
Ideas?

Well, I discovered the error. The second LU had a jump to a non-existing part. After correcting this navigation issue, DVD2BD express worked and so far I could test it, the BD was correctly compiled.
