Please recommend a DVD player for me

Here are my requirements, I am looking for something to play VCD, SVCD and DVD's doesnt matter weather PAL or NTSC on my NTSC TV. Must have S-video out, I dont need anything real fancy, can anyone recommend a basic one for me that I can pick up from Wal-Mart or Best buy or something similar.
