LG LDA-530 skips

So, I picked up one of these the other day. It seems pretty good, except it skips. And not with a burned disc, either - the first movie I played was brand new, right out of the plastic wrapping. The movie skips forward in the same two spots everytime, so I thought it was a problem with the DVD itself. But, I just watched another movie that I rented and it does the same thing. It doesn't stall, or grind, just jumps forward about 10-15 minutes like nothing happened.

Anyone else had this problem? Should I take it back and exchange it?

Absolutely... And if your replacement does the same, ask for a full refund plus your transport/postage costs!
