Video software
Hi
I am looking for some software that allows you to superimpose an image or graphic onto each frame in a video file. This graphic would need to be able to be moved around on each frame. The effect I am looking for is a little like they produce on the TV police shows to cover the number plate on a car in the video. Does anyone knows of software capable of doing this? Cheers |

If you need a free software check out AviSynth. I'm sure there a are a lot of logo removal plugins / scripts that you could abuse for this, all you would have to do is to animate them.
As for commercial solutions: Adobe Premiere can do it and I'm sure you can do it with Vegas aswell. |

Any decent NLE program is able to do this, the beforementioned Premiere, but also Avid and I guess Pinnacle as well.
