ChapterXtractor Bug

i think i discovered a bug when exporting chapters using ChapterXtractor to a txt file for import into muxman

it seems to be a problem with ChapterXtractor. i am using the format string %f\n to export frames to a txt file for muxman, but the chapters are off by 0.1%. (this causes the chapters to be almost 4 sec early by an hour into the movie and even further off by the end.)

i am be able to fix this behavior by changing the fps rate in ChapterXtractor to 30000 instead of the default 29970, but this has to be done each time.

can anyone else confirm this as a bug?

Cell times in NTSC ifo files are non-drop timecode - ie 30fps. If that is where ChapterXtracter gets its info then 29970 should not be the default.
