How can I re-author an mpg file so it's DVD compliant?
Hello, I recently ran into a couple of mpeg2 files that are 368x480 resolution. I am trying to author a DVD of these files, however, the program I'm using (TMPGEnc DVD Author) says this resolution can't be used to author an NTSC compliant DVD. My question is, is there a program that can easily convert this file to the NTSC DVD compliant format, and also, is there another authoring program out there that will easily and automatically do this conversion for you when you drag and drop a similar file to its creation list? Thanks for your help!

Lanczos4Resize(720,480), encode. You will need to consider framerate as well, depending on the source. Avisynth will let you put the video the way you want. Try FitCD to figure out the resizing. It will also help with creating the script. Basically a pain.
