sony dcr-hc20e usb streaming

Hello

I have a question about this dv camera. It comes with a programme called "Picture Package". It has the ability to stream video via. usb cable.
First open the VCD Maker program, then push the "Burn VCD" button in the menu on the camera. Then you just push start and it starts streaming. It works pretty well, however if I manually open the AVI file on my computer the framerate is like 25,077 or 25,068. My problem is, when I want to manually encode to a vcd or divx, the audio gets out of sync. I use Besweet for the audio.
