Does it work fine with an older version.. or the newest version .67? I have heard of some issue with people using cce basic with dvd rb but nothing this bad.

It would be helpful to figure out exactly where the error becomes apparent. If you still have the working folder try playing the .avs files in a media player. Then check the .m2v files to see if they have the problem.

ok just let the first 4 segments run and every one of the m2v files it's created are all purple the avs play perfect so it's in the converting process it's killing it i allso made the vbr/quality settings higher to 30/20 like is shown on the new guide and did 2 passes
i allso made a mistake before i'm not using 2.66 i'm using 2.69 cce basic |

@Subwars
I dont know if this will make a difference but you should try and get a hold of trial cce sp 2.5 or a newer version or something and use that and see if the issue isnt with cce basic. I think 2.69 especially has been unreliable with dvdrb.

I'll PM you the address. Aw, heck I'll post it: Cinemacraft.com.
Seriously, just use a trial version + EclCCE to see if it is a CCE problem or something else. If it turns out to be Basic then a reinstall will probably fix it. I'm not sure if the latest SP trial at CC.com works, but you can get 2.5 trial from Doom9's downloads. |

I wonder what it is about cce basic 2.69. That version in particular i have heard nothing but problems when people use it with dvdrb. Wierd.
