Try the "special error processing" option in the "option" folder of DVD-RB...this option was created in order to eliminate this sort of error.

I've had the same error, with no pre-processing. Tried doing 28 Days Later (crap movie btw) and this would happend in the Rebuild phase.

I've had overflow error with all disks in The Simpsons S3 Z4 (NTSC).

Using "special errorprocessing" the overflow error was gone, but had audio dropouts all allong the disks

Tried all versions but 0.65

Using V.065 with all the recommended software and CCE Basic, did 3 movies
1 Van Helsing, no problems in RB, burn with Nero 6, or playback Win DVD or Pioneer DV-C36 Perfect picture

2. Cinderella Story, No Problems in RB but Nero gives file reallocation error and warns against playback problems. Playback was perfect on WIN DVD on the computer and also on the stand alone.

3. Highwaymen, Once again no problem in RB and this disk has both Wide screen and Full screen versions. Nero again gives reallocation warning and playback warning. No problems at all with playback on PC or stand alone. (Real good Movie!!)

I never do any pre-processing in order to keep the possibilities of outside influenced failures out of what I report to you and usually use the One Click mode and steal space from extras.

Here's a very tiny bug:

Unlike the "audio streams to keep", the "subtitles to keep" don't have leading zeros, so "Subpicture_10" is listed before "Subpicture_2".

Small, but annoying. I'll fix it. One of those things about Region 1 discs is that you rarely see more than 2 or 3 subpicture streams -- so I would never have noticed.

Actually, I see this on Region 1 "Attack of the Clones". 1, 2, and 5 are English; 3 is Spanish; 4 is French, and 6 - 10 are "Unk" (A distant relative of Urdu, no doubt. )

That's the reason I said "rarely" -- because there are always exceptions.
