internal problem with virtual vcr

When ever I open up the settings in virtual vcr it cuts off alot of what can be seen

this has happened in a few other programs as well.
I thought it might be a problem with DirectX so I tried redownloading it and that didn't seem to work...
ne help would be appreciated.

I already have small fonts on, I even tried making them smaller, but that didn't effect the fonts in virtual vcr... I'm still thinking it may be a problem with something ilnk one of the link libraries... I dunno.

Any more ideas?
