VCD Encoding Cards?

Dear Friends,

I would like youall to suggest the best VCD Encoders available currently.
All these 7 years i have been using Optivideo and FutureTel for Encoding since we have professional Setup and we do Interactive Movies only.

Both my cards are giving me some problems since they are old. Please suggest me some real good Encoders which i can use for making Movies.

I have seen optibase but it has Composite and S Video Inputs only.I want a card which has Component Input as well S Video.

Please help and Oblige.
