How to start Scenarist?

I am trying to start to use Scenarist, but can not even start it.
When I start scenarist I get Progect manager window that ask me
for scenario file. My csenario file is ampty. Can anibody to help?

I spent Last 3 days trying to find similar subject on DOOM9 forun,
before asking this question. I am new in Scenarist. I got to know
Maestro, but this program does not satisfy me any more.

It isn't asking for a Scenario file, it is displaying a list of recent scenarios. To start a new Scenario, select the New button at the bottom. This will guide you through the setup process. Good luck

You can skip through most of the setup screens as you are able to change them later on in Scenarist.
