Good pro scan player that will not overheat on burned movies

Hi all,
I have Mitsubishi 6040 Pro scan player that I love. IT is a very slim design, and I am guessing with limited airflow. The problem is I have noticed on burned movies it starts to freeze and skip towards the end. I can play the movie fine in other player, and if I put the movie in and skip to the end the same part plays fine. It only hangs after watching the full movie and the player has been on a while. I have seen in this and other forums that overheating is a problem with many players. I can plays commercial DVD's fine. Even long ones like the LOTR series. I have also tried several media types (TDK, Ritek, Memorex) with same results. Usually happens after movie has been playing for about 70-90 minutes. I am guessing the player has to work a little harder to read the burned ones, not sure on that. Anyway, I am looking for a player that I will not have to worry about overheating. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah.. something in the under $125 range too.

Thanks,
flanman
