Video Noise Issue

URL deleted by moderator
Hi!
I'm a bit of a newbie to filming/video production, but I've been wondering if what's seen here is considered video noise? like a problem with the camera or dv codecs or just a lack of detailed ability of the camera.
I'm using a Sony DCR-TRV900 and I was wondering what might be causing the general speckled-ness of the video, in general. If someone can provide me with a bit more info about this would be a great help ^_^

The URL you posted redirects to a site which has nothing to do with video topics. Can you explain this?
