DVD Shrink 3.0 Beta Bug

Has anyone encountered a similar problem when you UNCHECK the split VOB files greater than 1 GB in preferences options....it goes ahead and splits the VOB files anyways ???

Is Shrink splitting the files greater than one gigabyte or equal to one gigabyte? If you rip normally, none of the files will be greater than one gig.
