How do I Cut mp2 to match 2 m2v segments?

I frameserve video only to d2v. I then encoded 2 separate SVCD m2v video segments from d2v file using Avisynth, CCE and pulldown. I encoded the full audio track from ac3 to mp2 using Besweet GUI. Now I would like to cut the audio into 2 files to match the frames of the 2 video files so I can mux to mpeg2s. How can I do this?
