Jerky SVCD

Hi everyone.

I use CCE in DVD2SVCD to create a SVCD of the New Star trek the next generation DVDs, everything is perfect except select scenes where a large object i.e. a planet pans accross the screen and then it jerks like hell. I have no idea what the problem is but I use all the default setting is the Doom9 tutorial exept I do 4 pass encode and Telecide de-interlace. I mean c'mon must be something simple?
