SVCD Toolset, error
Hi
I am trying to make a SVCD with a subtitle in Philips Toolset. The problem is I can't get process with the ".ps" building to work. I have tried in v2.05, but I only get a 5 MB file. And in the log file I find this... Generating program stream "PS_1d1c84-5466-1.ps". Buffer underflow detected in Video buffer at time *7357524. Multiplex process will be stopped. Processing has been terminated. I have also tried v1.05, there I reach 216/650MB in the process before the errors below appeare of the screen. Error read exceeds file length Error read exceeds file length Error.... Have tried to lower the bitrate on audio and video. Using NT4 and Tmpgenc to deMux. Eric |

This is a problem with the encoding process. Run your .m2v through the SVCD verifier to find out what the problem is.
Sometimes if you use pulldown, Philips will dectect some I frames as having 0 data and stop. When I used the Toolset with TMPG it was a hit or miss process, somtimes it worked sometimes it didn't. Now I create the video with CCE, and haven't had any problems. |
