SDH Subtitle Order

I've been backing up all my discs and converting them to MKV files. I've noticed subtitle order seems to be all over the map, but I'm remuxing and tagging them properly and wanted to standardize the subtitle order. I'm typically concerned about discs that may have the following and am curious if there's a standard accepted order for them:

Subtitles
SDH
Translations (Forced)

If tagged and titled properly, why would the order matter?

I'm assuming not. I'd just come up with my own standard.
