lower bitrate of existing MPEG?
I just recorded two episodes of my favourite TV-Series and missed an 80ies CD-R for 20MB or so...
now i want to reduce the bitrate of my existing SVCD-MPG-files to fit them both on one CD-R (they're about 25min each)... thx for your help! |
