Any way to quickly remove multiple "Set field indexes" from VOB?
Sony DVD Architect creates subpics that have have an apparently redundant "Set field indexes" command after the "Stop" command in this screengrab from DVDSubEdit:
![]() Although not a problem on some players, this creates a problem on many players such as my Philips BDP2100/05 player whereby subtitles behave as if they are infinite and not finite. Without that line, subtitles stop as intended. I ripped a BBC DVD for comparison and saw that finite subpics didn't have that line after the "Stop". I can manually modify each subpic in DVDSubEdit by memorizing the duration, then clicking "Inf.", then dragging the duration slider, then clicking "Yes" to add a STOP command, then dragging the slider, then manually typing the duration (pasting a number from the clipboard strangely sets that back to "Infinite"). Doing that for hundreds of subpics is going to be very laborious. Does anyone know of a faster way to remove all those instances of "Set field indexes"? |
