How to use --alt-preset ???

HI!
I have latest Lame 3.91 and used Azid-->wav then type in etc "--alt-preset fast extreme" and press wav->mp3 and it just flash nothing more i cant see the error.
But it work with "--alt-preset 128" (ABR)
--alt-preset insane dont work but --alt-preset CBR320 work
and --r3mix starts doing a 128
whats wrong?

well it work now when i extracted all"tools" in the same folder and i overwrite something,i dont know why.Before i have them in different folders
