Virtual Dub - x264 Rip Error - Keeps on crashin

I guess my last post didnt turn out well...
and it went against the rules....

anyways...

Lemme rephrase my question...

Im having problem in encoding a file into x264

and it just crashes suddenly crashes
here is a screenshot of the error

is this thread ok this time??

1. Your problem is Xvid, not H.264.

2. Reposting a Rule 6 violation with the area of the picture showing the violation isn't going to help you.

buzzq's advice was bad; if it appears you've downloaded files without legal permission, we can't offer any help, nor is anyone else allowed to here. Further posts will mean strikes. Them's the rules that keep the board away from legal challenges. For more information, see the announcement.
