Well you have to have CCE SP 2.50 installed first, DVD-RB does not come with CCE SP. If you are using CCE SP 2.50 you must use EclCCE (LINK). Unzip EclCCE where you would like and run EclCCE.exe, point to CCE SP 2.50 .exe file.... now....In DVD-RB, under settings, go to setup, set "Path to CCE SP 2.50" to EclCCE.exe. In DVD-RB under mode, Encoder, pick CCE. Under Setting, CCE Settings, pick CCE SP (v2.50)

As SpazzHH says - DVDRB doesn't come with any version of CCE. If you want to use CCE, CCE Basic is the cheapest option - about $60 or so. The trial versions of CCE either put a watermark on or allow a very time limited amount of encoding. Use one of the included encoders instead.

If it is installed, DVD-RB will recognize it and it will be enabled in the CCE Settings Menu.
