V2.54 Install Issues

I am using AVISynth 2.54 with DVD Rebuilder. I am having some install issues with v2.54 of avisynth. Sometimes the plugins directory is not being made during the install. Also, the uninstaller is leaving reg entries behind on the uninstall. So...I am going to make my own installer for avisynth to fix this up. Other that what is put in the install directory, what other files are installed? The only 2 I can find are avisynth.dll and avisynth_c.dll in the windows/system32 folder (I use xp pro). Are these the only 2 files installed outside of the regular program files directory?

The current NSIS script is here. It should contain all the information you need.
