Hi, I have cd1.srt and cd2.srt. Which way and what application that I can use to join cd1 and cd2 (.srt) into one Complete .SRT file ?

there is a lot of program out there, one of them is SubRip.

Subrip does have Chinese lang option, but don't know why it would matter -- you're just using it to join srt files. [click on green icon to show/hide subtitles text window] The tricky part is delay for 2nd half - Subtitle workshop can be handy there.
