Batch Converting subs to SPC format

Hi, i use DVD lab-pro for DVD authoring but this software only accepts SPC format subs. How can i batch convert SRT/SSA files to SPC/SP1 format?

Could be wrong, but I think DVDLab pro creates it's own sub files in their own format from srt. As srt doesn't contain position, font etc., things you set in DVDLab Pro prior to rendering subs in program, personally don't see batch creation possible, but you might want to contact the company -- they seem pretty decent anyway. :)
