Yes,SAPSTAR,it sounds like someone may have had a guilty feeling since you never mentioned anyones name who sent a PM or "directly" quoted from one, you said someone said the word "court" !!

You could have had 10 PM's that said it but john3voltas seems to think that the world may revolve around him since he "wants" or "needs" that source code so damn bad that his repeated bothering of you for it both in this thread and in PM's has caused you to terminate the sharing of this program. He also assumes that when you mention a nasty PM,it was his. He may need to be reminded that there are more people in this forum than himself !!

I think this whole thing stinks.We lose a nice program because some take things out of hand.

Thanks for everything SAPSTAR !! And to those of you whose child-like behavior has cause the sharing of this program's developments to cease,thanks for nothing !! :rolleyes:

Guilty? Of what?
For having stared at someone repeatedly answering my posts with caps lock on and sentenses full of exclamation and question marks?
Then for sure I'm guilty and I admit it.
If the thread hasn't been cleaned yet, you'll be able to get an idea of the tone SAPSTAR used with me.
I have also asked SAPSTAR (again repeatedly) for keeping up with his good work.
It has never been my intention to see that he stops working on his tool or that he stops releasing it to everybody.
Yes I wanted to see the code, if it was under GPL.
Threatened someone? Come on!?
He pushed me and pushed me over and over again.
There was absolutely no threat similar to "release the code or face court".
I mean never ever!
The center of the world? Me? Come on #2!?
I can tell when someone in a room fulled of people is talking at me.
There were - to my knowledge - 3 people that brought the licensing issue to the table: me, dragongodz and Mean.
Apparently both of them quit it after a couple of posts.
Then for me, it is quite obvious that SAPSTAR was talking to me when he brought up the word "court".
If using the above line of thought is acting as if I was the center of the world, them *bang* I'm guilty again.
In the end we can say poor old SAPSTAR, he has been a victim in john3voltas' hands.
You gotta be kidding me...
BTW what is my penalty for my latest actions against SAPSTAR?

alright, SAPSTAR can start another thread.

And next time: you see a potential license problem: you talk to me!! The use of the court of public opinion is a last ditch effort in an attempt to put additional pressure on a non compliant programmer/company.. not the first rule of business. I have plenty of experience in that matter and things can be resolved much quicker and more amicably if things are handled in private first.
