Can vobsob correctly process "picture:" event?
I've tried many times according to the ass-spec, but I never see the picture on the screen. Well, waiting for reply.

No, it cannot.

Your best bet is to use either virtualdub's logo filter, or use avisynth image reader and use layer or overlay.
