Phantom menace forced subtitles

After quite a while visiting the doom9 forums, I'm getting fed up with all that read the rules and search forum crap.
I'm writting this knowing that it's going to sting.
But perhaps all those wise ass that answer question in that way, should remember the time they were newbies, and pested everyone asking the same old question, that had been answered hundred times.
Instead of "read the rules and search forum" it would be a lot nicer to direct people to the thread that answer his question, that is, if they don't feel like answering it themselves.
Teksno asked something about forced subtitles in The phantom menace movie.
Well I solved this issue in this manner:
Backing up the movie to SVCD, using DVD2SVCD, D2SRoba and Subrip
First I selected the proper angle. (being an spaniard) I selected angle 2.
Then, using ifoedit, I stripped everything except forced subs (aliens speaking). After that I extracted the forced subtitles using Subrip. Save them like a .srt file
Later I started D2SRoba and DVD2SVCD, and instructed DVD2SVCD to "Add external subtitle streams", as well as ripping subtitles and making them permanet ones.
And that's all, there you have your movie with forced subtitles coded into the movie.
Hope my english is good enough for you to go trough this explanation.

Dear fellow, we don't get money to do this job. All moderators are working on a free time schedule, trying to run this forum as clean as possible to save bandwith, neither we get money enough to cover the expenses of housing all the forums. Many of us work on freeware progs, one way or another, in order to give folk free tools to modify peps movies. Donalds comment is in the spirit of Doom(we do discuss those issues in a special forum not visible for ordinary members).
As a minimum we ask peps to read the rules.
Do U really think this is wrong?...I don't think so...
This written, U are always wellcome to answer whatever is asked or send a pm to the fellow asking the question.
As U may be have noticed, most of the questions arise 'cause peps don't read guides and manuals although both the guides and special forums are stuffed with them.
Furthemore, our policies are very large. Personally I only strike when peps are offending or when commercial interests overdue(Although I don't strike for this yet, I close the threads).
I won't bother U with our internal rules(mods rules) but I can assure U every mod must spend at least 1-2 hours a day(average) only reading the forums we are mods for. More time is used to discuss internally and more time is used to try progs and solutions.
We will always help but our help will come quickly if questions are asked after trying guides and methods already described and if the language(english) is kept as simple and as clean as possible.
Not many of us have english as native(neither do I) and just in order to reply ur comment I used 15 min.

I'd hate this matter to become a personal one. I didn't intend to make it like that.
I am perfectly aware that you, mods, spend a lot of your free time making these forums working.
My point is that instead of "read rules and search forum" standard answer we (all of us) should be a lot clearer when giving a hint.
A poster uses caps, well we should tell him "DON'T USE CAPS", straight, he should be thick as a plank to not understand it.
As for search the forums... Well, we all know that sometimes it is not easy to make a clear question, mainly to newcomers, not to speak of making a search. So, I believe it would help the forums to point the answer in the right direction.
Any way I'll keep visiting these forums, as I've found them to be real util.
