Which software autoremoves subs for impaired?

Once among the subtitles softs available in doom9 dwnld section, I came across a soft which offers an option to automatically remove the subs between [ and ], containing some descriptions like "Cheerful music", "Whispers", put especially for impaired persons.

But as I don't remember its name, could you help me in knowing which soft is the right one?
