[VSFilter] can't read idx+rar

With recent versions of vsfilter, i can't read idx+rar subtitles. If i extract the rar to a .sub file, I can read subtitles again.

Do I need a dll to read rared files ?

I add that those subtitles files are rather old (two years), it may be of interest.

The vobsub package always contained an unrar.dll for that very purpose (also mentioned in the readmes). I guess it might be the same for the current versions of vsfilter. Check if there is an unrar.dll in your path, otherwise try to install one.

Thanks a lot, that was the key.

There's no unrar.dll in the vsfilter package in the cvs, but I downloaded it from rarlabs.com and it worked just well.
