Character matrix for turkish subtitle

I have been downloading turkish subtitle with .srt format, but some characters are seen different than as they should be. When I load to subtitler creator and select turkish lng. it semms correct. But if I save as .srt or any other format it shows wrong characters.I hope someone give me idea on how I can correct.

you can save your file as .srt with unicode support (it seems to me only subresynch support this.) else you can convert you file as .ssa and set the correct charset.
